Mg.Theincidenceofthyroidcancerincreasedexponentiallyin theworldduetotheincreaseofriskfactorssuch as theincrease in theprevalenceofinsulin-resistance and especiallybyexposuretoionizingradiation, so thepresent case studyaimedtoanalyzetheriskfactorsthat can predisposethepatienttopresentthyroid tumor plus metastasisrelatedtotheworkenvironment and theinterventionofhealthpersonnel in thispathology. Forthedevelopmentofthe case study, ananalytical, descriptive, documentarymethodologywasused, withwhichananalysisoftheclinicalhistoryof a 25-year-old patient, nursingauxiliaryoccupation, withoutsignificantfamilypathologicalhistorywasperformed, butwithimportantriskfactorsfortheappearanceofthyroidcancerrelatedtotheworkenvironmentsuch as: continuousexposuretoradiationsourcesofradioactivesubstances and devicesused in theoncologyarea. So, itisconcludedthatthenursing staff ishighlyexposedtoradiation in anexcessive and repetitivemanner, and that, ifthenecessaryprotectionmeasures are nottaken, theincidenceofthistypeofcancer at thehealthlevelcouldincrease. Therefore, itisproposedtocarryoutanoutpatientguidebasedonthecriticalpointsoftheclinicalpicture and a biosecurityguidetoavoidtheincidenceofsaidpathology
