The disease is invariably fatal without treatment and visual and psychosocial consequences can be devastating This neoplasm may be unilateral or bilateral presentation, or metacentric be unique and be sporadic or hereditary. This clinical case study was conducted in a patient 5 years old male who presented the pathology "Retinoblastoma" itself that was detected and treated efficiently. The patient's condition was met first in primary health care and after making such physical examination Retinoblastoma diagnosed the disease needed to be treated at a hospital specializing why the reference to Quito took place where the disease best treated way for an early resolution of it. At the specialized hospital successfully performed surgery on right eye enucleation same that was a long stay but with the positive performance by the patient was discharged without any complications. After health checks received by the professional vision loss was found in 43% it caused an adverse reaction in the patient. After obtaining patient information and disease could contact and visualize the reality of this plus a thorough investigation was conducted Bibliographic because only in this way achieve providing quality nursing care.
