    This analysis of clinical case of tuberculosis with involvement of Human Immunodeficiency Virus is done considering that in recent years has become one of the most worrying in the public health diseases. In the present work is detailed patient information 33 years old, humble, simple, hardworking, and he was always cheerful, she says her sister, surrounded by many people and always enjoying life; now he refers to his desire to live are over, as friends and other relatives; shows a totally listless self-esteem and isolation has hardened the whole process of the disease, it is aware of everything that is happening and only awaits the end of their suffering. In particular, this case has drawn attention for depression in physical, psychological and social areas that has suffered the patient during the process. Information was collected from the onset of the disease until the present time, the evolution of the disease is detailed, an assessment of complete nursing is done and interventions arises to facilitate the care and improvement of quality of life, it has been linked with a theorizing nursing to expand knowledge according to the needs. We used a descriptive methodology, as it relates the primary and triggering features of miliary tuberculosis more HIV infection, allowing new methods in nursing interventions to provide quality care and warmth, in which field research takes data directly from the reality in which facts a bibliographical and documentary research have occurred, likewise, because it is based on the search, analysis, interpretation of information from books, brochures, magazines and mainly medical records, which will support and greater accuracy to the study conducted. The process of nursing care is the main tool Nurse (o), so it is important to know how to use it and through this instrument a recovery, not entirely achieved, but for the sake of improving the quality of life patient.
