    This research work analyzes corporate communication and the positioning of the Augusto N. Martínez del Cantón Ambato Autonomous Parochial Autonomous Government brand, with the purpose of achieving a greater identity and scope of the organization's objectives, since the theories of communication and information and organizational development are fundamental tools in the creation of positioning communication strategies in order to achieve an efficient labor context, from the authorities to the residents and that leads to the progress of the Government Institution and the parish itself. Communication is understood as a system with elements that interact with each other, being modified in various circumstances, that is why this research uses a field bibliographical and research, in addition to a data collection plan with techniques of investigation as the survey, applied to the authorities and residents of the parish, achieving as a result an average of 94% in the transcendental and important that can be the corporate communication, favoring the process of creation of corporate values and even to position a brand, because an organization with an optimal flow of information and communication reaches its objectives.

    The internal communication allows to improve the image of the company gaining an excellent reputation of all its internal and external public facilitates the communication and the work environment in every institution. For this reason the manager and administrative staff of EP-EMAPA-A must be positive leaders to exploit the personal and intellectual talent of all staff. In order for all the staff to fulfill the communicative strategies, studies will be carried out inside and outside the company, according to these results of accomplishing the respective objectives and goals that each member of the organization must fulfill. Field studies and research will be carried out to know the reality of the company, it is taken into account the internal and external public because this way the different solutions to the problem will be determined and, through the elaboration of strategies, the shortcomings will be corrected in the area of communication. At the conclusion of the study it is verified that it is necessary to make a communication plan for the benefit of its publics and above all to improve the internal and external communication so that the image and credibility of the company this with the sufficient levels of communication to have a good atmosphere work and be productive.

    The research project has as its theme: THE INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND THE CORPORATE IMAGE OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT PCEI CADVRISH OF THE CITY OF AMBATO. Its importance lies in giving a coordinated management of the activities that take place in the College, through the institutional communication, thereby achieving greater demand of the student population, and thus improve the corporate image of the school. At all times, the educational offer offered by the school has been empirically disseminated by some media outlets in the city and province, thereby involving a limited number of young people with limited economic resources, which we hope is to reach a larger number Of people, interested in preparing. The purpose of this work is to implement an internal communication plan that will allow us to strengthen the image of the CADVRISH Educational Unit. That is why an internal population has been determined among students, teachers and administrative staff, for which a duly qualified survey was conducted Due to the study carried out it was possible to verify that it is a feasible project, counting on the support of a descriptive research, which allowed us the different philosophical, epistemological, axiological and legal foundations In this way we can emphasize that the importance of a communication plan will positively affect the development of improving the corporate image of the institution. That is why its internal actors in the educational community will be the beneficiaries, since through this project internal communication and interpersonal relationships will improve positively.

    The present work of research aims to enhance the external communication and corporate image of the IMPRENSAA communicational through strategies of positioning with the aim of achieving a consolidation as solid company in the industrial sector of the city of Ambato. The company IMPRENSAA has gradually been increased their accounts using empirical mechanisms in the communication are getting results displayed using regular field research, for this reason the creation of effective strategies supported by a structured communication plan to develop the consolidation of the same. The survey of the population was an instrument of great relevance in order to visualize strengths and weaknesses allowing to search for possible solutions, so it was necessary to create workable strategies and effective supported in knowledge acquired in the Career OF SOCIAL COMMUNICATION allowing contribute to the business development of IMPRENSAA. Similarly the media (mass-media) have become a channel of everyday communication, demonstrating that the technological advance shortens distances, in the case of the project helps to position the corporate image helps to detail the facts that give rise within the company to external public.

    A plan of organizational communication in educational institutions play an important role because it constitutes the support essential to the realization of basic functions of the Organization in regards to decision making, coordination of actions, the evaluation of the results and finally concludes in personal satisfaction both from teachers, managers, students and administrative staff, a fluid communication will have to count on the participation and collaboration of its members, with the sole purpose of achieving the educational objectives to consolidate. Being more Ambato educational unit, an entity with an extensive educational background of ago 69 years ago, in which communication plays an important role for the development and prestige of the same, and where a concern arises if communication is so important, we should ask ourselves why not has dedicated le more attention, in this institution However there are multiple possibilities for progress to advance, of collective and individually, considering global strategies Of transparency of information that facilitates participation and the involvement of people in a climate of mutual trust and responsibility. The importance of communication constitutes a tangible reality, which reveals itself in many everyday situations, such as the establishment of rules of internal coexistence or the supervision of duties entrusted to a particular group of students, the formulation of a complaint, the discrepancy of the criteria in relation to the conduct of the authorities of the institution, you're are forms of communication i.e. management of interpersonal relationships However the improvement of communication must take place from the same school, by teachers, authorities, students and administrative staff in order to reach a consensus on action lines in which create and commit themselves, this can be achieved when interpersonal relations are cordial, will also require knowledge and reflection that support action to follow and actively involving all stakeholders leading processes that constitute an adventure and a personal challenge for everyone and this multiple learning essential life arise. On the other hand should be put emphasis on strengthening the human values within the conduct of students and parents, to get individuals responsible, tolerable, that one or another way to strengthen and contribute to our society, proposing a radical transformation that will take the necessary step for conservation and achievement of human values in students, thus that they reach a better discipline and academic quality in the higher education unit Ambato.
