    La comunicación interna en los grupos scouts de la ciudad de Latacunga

    At present there is little relevant data on the subject of the Scouts in Ecuador, that is why the research is important, since it will inquire about internal communication within the scout groups in the city of Latacunga. The research according to the method of study is of qualitative and quantitative type, using study techniques such as the interview, having as an instrument a script of semi-structured questions; and the survey as an instrument that yields accurate figures. The study was carried out within the Scout groups of the city of Latacunga, these are: Scout Group Vicente León #1, Scout Group Hermano Miguel #2, Scout Group La Salle #4, Scout Group Juan Bautista La Salle #7, Scout Group Chaminade XXII #10, Scout Group Fénix VCV #12 and, last but not least, Scout Group ESPE Scout #15. And it is concluded that personal interaction channels such as meetings with other divisions are proposed, since the results obtained mention that they do it via Internet in them different obstructions can be found for the reception of information or communication.

    El contenido informativo de los memes y la credibilidad en los usuarios de la red social Facebook del diario “El Comercio

    Nowadays, social networks have become a new media of mass distribution on the web, through them people can create, publish, interact and transmit information, causing traditional media such as print media, television and radio to migrate to these platforms and create virtual spaces, this has changed its traditional structure by an interactive, changing and dynamic process. This research aims to determine the credibility of users of the social network Facebook of the newspaper "El Comercio" against the informative content of memes disseminated by this medium, it is important to identify the type of content published by the newspaper "El Comercio" and if this influences positively or negatively on its readers. To conduct this research, a quantitative approach was used, with which it was possible to analyze and predict the behavior of the population through quantifiable information, i.e., that could be expressed through numbers and verified. In addition, a virtual survey was applied to 190 people through non-probabilistic "snowball" sampling. Through the content analysis on the 25 publications with informative memes of the newspaper "El Comercio" disseminated by the social network Facebook in the date January-March 2021, it was determined that its genre is 100% informative with topics of health, politics, science and culture, in addition, the memes exposed in the publications are humorous, reflective and motivational, these are complemented by text and image. Through the virtual survey it was determined that 73.7% of people use the newspaper "El Comercio" for information through the social network Facebook, they believe that the use of memes to inform is interesting, attractive and educational on the other hand, when seeing this type of content, respondents would review the page that spreads the news.

    The research SOCIAL NETWORKS AND ITS EFFECT ON THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS OF THE CHRISS DANCE DANCE ACADEMY OF THE CITY OF AMBATO had as its objective the analysis of the influence exerted by social networks as an alternative means of communication in emotional imbalances. . To be executed, research was obtained from several authors who have focused on similar issues, as well as relying on laws that currently govern and ensure social welfare. Next, the information was collected through a questionnaire which yielded results that confirmed the generated hypothesis. Social networks are recognized (Independent Variable) and the power they have acquired, becoming a social structure made up of people or organizations that show some type of interest or relationship, here they take center stage: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok among other applications, which are used as a channel of communication and interaction with the community, which allow subjective experiences that interfere individually with emotional intelligence (Dependent Variable). In this research work, recommendations are also provided that seek personal, organizational or social well being.

    La credibilidad en los noticiarios de la TV ecuatoriana

    Since its inception, television programming has been created with various purposes, such as informing, educating and entertaining all its viewers. Therefore, this investigative work is directed towards one of the main characteristics that news programs should have, such as the existing credibility in the content of the Ecuadorian television news programs, which is determined by the level of trust that the news programs have viewers on the truthful content provided by the media. The research analyzed the level of trust and the general opinion that viewers have about the Ecuadorian television newscasts, since in order to know their impact the following objectives were set: to contrast the content of public and private newscasts, identify the level of credibility and collect various bibliographic and statistical data related to journalistic credibility. In order to achieve the aforementioned objectives, taking into account the current state of the country, an online survey of 13 questions was conducted among a population of 5,600 users of the social networks of both Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, who mostly stated that the credibility of the Informative content has decreased notably, however, there are people who affirm that the newscasts mostly fulfill the purpose of keeping them properly informed about the news events that occur in daily life. It should be noted that this research is carried out with an extensive bibliography of expert professionals on the subject of journalistic credibility, where it is shown that the investigative work provides essential and relevant information.

    The present work of investigation has determined the Symbology of the Feast of the Most Holy Tragedy or Captaincy held in the month of September in the Latacunga city, obtaining as a general objective: To establish which are the symbolic and social representations of the character of the Black Mama in the popular party of Latacunga, to give fulfillment to this end was preceded by interviews with the characters of the Black Mama, Organizer, Prioste, a Historian and a Journalist about the festival of the " Santísima Tragedia¨, ", once the Results We proceeded to the interpretation by analyzing the testimonials identifying quantifiable variables according to the premise of the research or hypothesis. And as a result of this research project, it focused on the production of an informative magazine about this cultural expression, which is aimed at the general public, valuing in such a way that the Black Mama festivity is a relevant cultural phenomenon, representing a symbiosis of indigenous, Spanish and African cultures. The reason for the execution of an informative magazine is given by the fact that the mediatization of the representations and symbols of the Traditional festival of Santísima Tragedia o Capitanía held in September have a low character in the dissemination of its elements structuring and celebration, limiting the knowledge of the cluster of all its elements even by the native inhabitants of the city, in this way it is expected to awaken interest in citizenship and begin to value this cultural expression even more in order to follow preserving this type of Intangible Cultural Heritage

    Facebook Live y su aplicación en los programas deportivos de las radios de la Ciudad de Ambato

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the Facebook Live tool in the sports programming of Ambato radios, analyzing the benefits and harms of new technological tools when disseminating information. People who consume sports information begin to choose to receive information by other means, and now the internet is gaining momentum to know news quickly, there are several social networks that help the information have more scope and one of them is Facebook the most used application worldwide that has the option to broadcast live important events from your personal profile or page to your followers. During the investigative process, the use and benefits of Facebook live in the sports radios of the city of Ambato were unknown, deepening the simple fact of being able to transmit only using a cell phone but handling more technological tools that lead to produce quality products that satisfy the receiver with a crisp signal and great sound quality. The technology allows to reach more people in the world with sports information, breaking limits imposed by Modulated Frequency (FM) or Amplitude Modulated (AM). Transmit on Facebook Live allows users to use the social network Facebook where they can share the video live or simply send direct messages to be able to intervene in the transmission with positive or negative opinions that will be accepted by the people who are generating the information and becoming in a feedback. The tendency to use new tools of diffusion in the traditional means of communication are important in the moment to make known its informative products, the possibility of accompanying with images a radial sports transmission, has been accepted by the society to know that they simply need a network of internet and a Facebook account to know about the local and international events in the world of sports, adding institutional brands and advertising so that the receivers look and identify with the radio media.

    Las redes sociales y la comunicación en situaciones de emergencia en el área urbana del cantón Baños de Agua Santa de la Provincia de Tungurahua

    ABSTRACT This paper investigates the role of social networks and communication in emergency situations in the urban area of Cantón Baños in the province of Tungurahua. Tools that are now considered as new media, including some experts, say that they surpass traditional media such as TV, radio or print media thanks to its utilities. In recent years, social networks have developed a constant interest in establishing strategies in the management of emergency situations, allowing interaction between citizens, communities and relief agencies. Communication, in its most basic concept, "is the process by which we transmit and receive data, ideas, opinions to achieve understanding and action" (FUAM, 2012). However, these technologies have developed new ways of carrying out this activity, now not only information and information is received, also interacts with it or shared with millions of people in a few seconds. It seeks to take advantage of these characteristics in order to effectively manage the resources needed to face an emergency. An emergency situation is an unpredictable event that requires action; Before, during and after in order to minimize material and human damages. Social networks allow us to be informed at all stages of the event by providing support for the exchange, processing, storage and dissemination of information. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Watsapp and other networks that offer speed in the messages represent advantages or disadvantages to any type of emergencies depending on their use, being this skeleton of analysis in the present research work.

    Normas Deontológicas de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación y su aplicación en la redacción periodística en Diario el Heraldo de la Ciudad de Ambato

    The rules of ethics are a set of rules created by a group of professionals in their different areas, the same that protect the competitive and the citizen. On the other hand, journalistic writing is a daily, complex and topical work; Without knowing who will be the authors of the day, what events will be perceived and what kind of information will be taken to the public, UNESCO also states in its Declaration of November 1978: "The media must also respond to The concerns of peoples and individuals, thus favoring the participation of the public in the elaboration of information." In Ecuador there are Deontological Norms established in the Organic Law of Communication in relation to journalistic writing, in which professionals must comply with canons, taking into account that they are not a straitjacket or an attack on their work; The objective is to guarantee a good work in benefit to the collectives, the information must be of interest, current and well-founded; That professionals carry out deep research, disseminate communication and information inclusive in the development of society, as mentioned in Article 10 of the Organic Law of Communication - Deontological Rules, referred to professional practice, literal a) "Respect constitutional budgets Of verification, timeliness, contextualization and contrasting in the dissemination of information of public relevance or general interest. " As for the subject of censorship, it should be avoided in all its forms, allowing the professional's work to be disseminated, guaranteeing its foundations, showing that the right to freedom of the written press is respected; On the other hand, the subsequent responsibility is a strictly professional duty, in case it diffuses unconfirmed information and damages one's morality, since it will have the obligation to accept the sanctions imposed by the law; In addition to not having pressure on their work, not to spread morbid work, nor violence that affect the behavior of vulnerable groups (children). Likewise, the professional must be firm in respecting the rights to the reserve of source and the professional secret, also not to take advantage of his professional practice to obtain personal benefits. These rules and the journalist must be merged, obtaining as a result a locked journalistic research to ensure quality, verification, real sources, relevant information and contribution to the knowledge of the citizenship, in addition to the professional must update their knowledge because they make communication and information in any of its forms is a complex work, in this case, the written press is a theme in vogue, because it is not an easy job to do this, you need time, space, sources, to provide clear, precise and daily leading to public opinion generating discussions and their own criteria; in response to the research concludes in conducting a workshop for journalists and staff identified in the communication area whose aim Is to reinforce topics that are within the ethical standards set out in the Organic Law thus we have: Prior Censorship, subsequent liability, conscience clause, keywords and great contribution to the development of the journalistic writing which is a means of great importance in the history of the communication.

    use of the technologies of information and communication, in particular social networks grows rapidly, each day there are more people who are part of the virtual community and avail themselves of these utilities. The possibilities of interaction that provide these spaces, as well as the information in real time and global, are aspects that capture the attention of netizens. Social networks offer utilities that are used in various aspects and situations of life of human beings, as in the case of natural phenomena, eventualities where necessary a channel of information and communication fast and wide coverage. In recent natural phenomena, the reactivation of the Cotopaxi volcano and the earthquake of April 2016 that happened in Ecuador and disasters in other countries, social networks showed the great contribution and support that can play in the management of information and communication, provided that your use is correct and timely. Because of its immediacy and virality, social networks offer a space for the dissemination of news, precisely in situations where every second count. In Ecuador in the year 201638.0% of people used the Internet as source of information, while 31.5% used it as a means of communication in general (INEC, 2016). The use of social networks in emergency situations is not limited to those who are immersed in them, but it also extends to those who wish to collaborate in the diffusion and the emergency care. Social networks provide the point of view that is generated by the protagonists of the event, those who interact, communicate, and provide information about its location, needs and health, all in real time. However, the anonymity of social networks and the fact that "any" to issue information and reviews, may become "advantages" to the spread of rumors and unreliable information and even without foundations on the emergency. Despite the importance of citizen participation, there are certain risks that have to be present when it is wants to get involved in the flow of information: the credibility of the information, the existence of non-conflicting information, privacy and data protection, and errors in the connection to the Internet. In particular, the accuracy, speed and credibility of the information are very important aspects in this context (Chatfield, Scholl, & Brajawidagda, 2013). In a situation of emergency or natural disaster information is the raw precious and most important, what they are looking for and need to make decisions. In this sense, information truthful and time generated decisions to safeguard the life, but an altered information and wrong alarm to the community, causing little timely and hasty decisions. For this reason, it is important to verify any news or content found on the Web, it is responsible for contrast it and investigate its sources.     This research shows the management of information in the natural disaster situation in Ambavisión channel 2 of the Tungurahua Province, a communication medium that for 29 years transmitted information of various kinds, the analysis points of this work, its key to identify the Knowledge of the administrative and operational team on journalistic coverage on the subject of natural disasters. The information is the set of data obtained by researching a specific topic, as well as maintaining the fundamental characteristics so that this sea clearly and properly decoded by the recipients, in the case of transmitting the information obtained from a natural disaster is essential Which Protocols and guidelines for that sea adequately diffused. The coverage of natural disasters is a very broad topic that must be dealt with in depth analyzing the protocols to be followed before and after this type of coverage, since it is a journalistic note that includes the professional ethics, the sensitization of the Affected, the affectation of journalists, and above all the confidence that the audience has in believing what it is transmitting; The media are responsible for altering the tranquility and establishing a population in these situations of natural catastrophes. This work is based on the axiological, legal and philosophical aspects that contribute to the study an added value and that are established in scientific bases giving greater reliability in the data obtained from the research, on the other hand, before the survey was generated. And interviews we verified the hypothesis raised in our work giving as a result will generate a feasible and effective proposal for the best conditions in which it has been working during these years in our field of study.
