    El contenido informativo de los memes y la credibilidad en los usuarios de la red social Facebook del diario “El Comercio

    Nowadays, social networks have become a new media of mass distribution on the web, through them people can create, publish, interact and transmit information, causing traditional media such as print media, television and radio to migrate to these platforms and create virtual spaces, this has changed its traditional structure by an interactive, changing and dynamic process. This research aims to determine the credibility of users of the social network Facebook of the newspaper "El Comercio" against the informative content of memes disseminated by this medium, it is important to identify the type of content published by the newspaper "El Comercio" and if this influences positively or negatively on its readers. To conduct this research, a quantitative approach was used, with which it was possible to analyze and predict the behavior of the population through quantifiable information, i.e., that could be expressed through numbers and verified. In addition, a virtual survey was applied to 190 people through non-probabilistic "snowball" sampling. Through the content analysis on the 25 publications with informative memes of the newspaper "El Comercio" disseminated by the social network Facebook in the date January-March 2021, it was determined that its genre is 100% informative with topics of health, politics, science and culture, in addition, the memes exposed in the publications are humorous, reflective and motivational, these are complemented by text and image. Through the virtual survey it was determined that 73.7% of people use the newspaper "El Comercio" for information through the social network Facebook, they believe that the use of memes to inform is interesting, attractive and educational on the other hand, when seeing this type of content, respondents would review the page that spreads the news.

    La credibilidad en los noticiarios de la TV ecuatoriana

    Since its inception, television programming has been created with various purposes, such as informing, educating and entertaining all its viewers. Therefore, this investigative work is directed towards one of the main characteristics that news programs should have, such as the existing credibility in the content of the Ecuadorian television news programs, which is determined by the level of trust that the news programs have viewers on the truthful content provided by the media. The research analyzed the level of trust and the general opinion that viewers have about the Ecuadorian television newscasts, since in order to know their impact the following objectives were set: to contrast the content of public and private newscasts, identify the level of credibility and collect various bibliographic and statistical data related to journalistic credibility. In order to achieve the aforementioned objectives, taking into account the current state of the country, an online survey of 13 questions was conducted among a population of 5,600 users of the social networks of both Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, who mostly stated that the credibility of the Informative content has decreased notably, however, there are people who affirm that the newscasts mostly fulfill the purpose of keeping them properly informed about the news events that occur in daily life. It should be noted that this research is carried out with an extensive bibliography of expert professionals on the subject of journalistic credibility, where it is shown that the investigative work provides essential and relevant information.

    El periodismo digital y la crisis informativa de la prensa escrita de la ciudad de Ambato

    ABSTRACT The research focuses on the informative crisis determination into Ambato city written press, after the arrival of digital journalism, tools, resources and prossumer audiences, involve a new era for conventional journalism, it is fundamental to think about a written press renewal, such as in content production and business models. Interactivity, hypertextuality and multimedia are digital qualities that allow citizen contact and renew the way of telling and disseminating stories, leaving the conventional journalism contents production ; directional communication models which allow the reader direct interaction, this suppose being the great step of: Journalists, Mass Media and Cathedratics. It is not proportional to speak of a dynamic and changing society, watching a static and orthodox journalism; the written press must think out assertive and achievable communication strategies, to avoid suffer before the fresh ideas necessary consumers and accurate research. Learn and relearn the basic journalists apply, by the other hand, how much has evolved the journalism in the last years? How well instructed are journalists to deal with cyber-journalism? Journalism who seeks the development of an investigation, based on the renovation and reconstruction of the written press, guided at the fusion of strategies and digital tools.
