Item Análisis de la cuenta de Twitter del presidente Lenín Moreno y la construcción de la opinión pública de enero a marzo de 2018(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2019-08) Cárdenas Sánchez, Brian Roberto; Soto Dávila, Omar FabricioWe will highlight the importance of social networks today, the speed and what is necessary to become efficiently communicated, not to mention the personal nature of that communication. The investigation is based on the twitters of Lenin Moreno's account, from January 1 to March 31, 2018, including the opinion generated with them. Those twitters selected to exemplify, are the ones that emphasize more with respect to importance if considered. Being an official account and speaking of a relevant person of the Ecuadorian politics we can have a clear reference of popularity and its capacity for the creation of public opinion. Twitter being an international social network, free and easy to access, where you can generate your own opinion and give points of view, is favorable to the research, the interaction that has Twitter allows us to determine the influence on certain topics in the platform, how to be able to know which twitter is the most commented or the most liked, or in turn, which are the twitters with the most informational weight that have been published. By way of conclusion, we know that today social networks are playing an extremely important role in communication and therefore within society, precisely the connection sought between rulers and people is by social networks.Item Los memes con contenido políticode la red social facebook y la percepción del lector en al Carrera de Comunicón Social de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2019-03) Ávila López, Patricio Humberto; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoThis research reflects the replicating characteristics of a meme and how it can generate public opinion through political discourse. It has taken into account a number of researchers who have developed the path for the construction of the meaning of the term meme starting from its etymology and root to the appropriation of the term in social networks or the Internet. Because cyberspace is in mediatic battle, an information war that influences collectively the democratic decisions of citizens, this thesis aims to demonstrate the perceptive capacity of readers in the Communication Career of the Technical University of Ambato about this process that influences the masses generated a cyberculture. Social movements are influenced by the computer hegemony that maintains control of the contents disseminated through spaces of struggle to monopolize the virtual market of the population. The degree of impact that a meme can have on society is determined by its ability to generate controversy and uses hypertextuality to demonstrate the feedback that this takes on citizens.Item Plan de Marketing en el club de baloncesto CKT mediante su red social facebook y el impacto en la población ambateña(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2018-11) Flores Villavicencio, Luis Antonio; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoThe need of man to seek socialize in disciplinary groups worldwide has led to create spaces in the different sports fields today, basketball has become a world-wide one of the most relevant sports, in Ecuador basketball was introduced by the American company SADCO, where the participation of the amateur to decay in recent years, according to records of the Ecuadorian Basketball Federation, CKT the sports club of basketball of the city of Ambato has also been affected by this reduction of attendance of the amateur, where it aims to structure the digital marketing plan for the Basketball Club through its social network Facebook seeking to increase the participation of the public in the different tournaments to perform. This marketing plan consists of an external study of the preferences of the user or the amateur through a series of technical applications to get their participation in assistance and monitoring of the basketball team representing their province, to exchange sporting satisfactions in moments of healthy recreation, integrating a society of relaxation and family participation, which through its support at the box office also allows to sustain the sport as a progressive culture in the middle.Item Manejo de la imagen de Cambridge School Of Languages de la Ciudad de Ambato a través de la comunicación digital(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2018-11) Chávez Stacey, Kevin Anthony; Tamayo Rodríguez, Paulina AliciaThe present investigation originates due to the poor management of the Institutional Image of Cambridge School of Languages of the city of Ambato as well as its incomplete content provided in its social networks, mainly taking into account that an appropriate management of the Institutional Image positions and outstands Cambridge School of Languages of the city of Ambato from other language schools. In addition to granting its independence and competitiveness within the commercial field; another aspect that surrounded this investigation is the empiricism that the content provided is being managed in its social networks, where just the courses promotion have been filling the digital spaces without giving value to the stakeholders, who definitely fulfill an extremely important role in the construction of a strong and well-positioned Institutional Image. Therefore being such an important area, more attention should be paid, doing it in a more updated and professional way, empowering the stakeholders into brand ambassadors, providing quality information, creating a sense of community that revolves around the institutional philosophy where each time that valuable content is provided, participants can be engaged into. Finally, this research analyzes the shortcomings of its current management of Institutional Image and focuses on strengthening it, through an efficient and effective use of its social networks as an improvement plan.Item La imagen corporativa y el Community Manager en Ambavisión canal 2(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2018-09) Ruiz Vargas, Cristina Elizabeth; Jiménez Sánchez, AlvaroThe present investigation is based on the corporate image with the influence of the community manager in Ambavision channel 2 of the province of Tungurahua, a communication medium that has been transmitting for 29 years, the points analyzed in this work are fundamental to identify the knowledge in the personnel of the institution on the correct management of social networks and virtual platforms. It is important to note that the collection of information was from the place of the facts through surveys and interviews with internal audiences. Their interpretation and analysis contributed to the collection of information to present the conclusions and recommendations that are consistent with the reality of the institution. The research was based on the collection of information in the Misael Acosta Solís Millenium Education Unit, viable sources such as, thesis of the repository of the Technical University of Ambato, scientific research, digital journals, etc., through many methods As: observation, surveys and tuning of information, where the surveys were carried out to parents and students, in this way, a prior evaluation of the topic to be treated can be carried out, in order to define critical areas and can perform a thorough evaluation that allows for practical and timely solutions. Nowadays the written language is immersed with technology and the process of communication regardless of their intentionality, however the use of this in virtual spaces such as social networks have resulted in very serious linguistic variations that in most of occasions they are used in a wrong way, other ones are supported by emoticons, abbreviations, or the famous self-corrector that has the function of facilitating communication without considering its norms. The process of communication in this case with digital models allows us to have a broad vision, and the change it produces in them. In the beginning, the traditional communication process was analyzed, now there is an evolution and a very deep analysis that goes from the social, cultural behavior, beliefs that are already developed from a virtual environment. The present investigation work was done from a qualitative and quantitative research approach in relation to the variables used, which was verified with a field investigation through the use of surveys to the selected sample that are the students of the Rodriguez Albornoz Educational Unit (UERA) of Ambato city, which allowed us to analyze which were the most used spaces to communicate and the problem presented by the inappropriate use of language inside them. Social networks Twitter and Facebook provide space where users search for information, engage in conversations, seek entertainment and interact and integrate into a virtual network that allows them greater participation, unlike radio, television or the press, which are traditional media that do not they allow to interact with the environment instantaneously, these are not in danger of disappearing but they must be in constant updating of the technological tools to not lose validity. The social networks Twitter and Facebook offer tools such as Fan page, Hashtag, Tweets and states that offer the possibility of converting users into passive actors and creators of information. In addition, sharing ideas on different platforms is a new way to communicate and disseminate information instantly, massively and free of charge. Digital journalism is a journalistic work in a free and personalized way where you can generate your own content without having to follow a media or editor, there are tools, such as the transmission of multimedia content, that is, audio, video, text, Real-time photography where communication links are increasingly closer. The purpose of making digital journalism is to research, broadcast, and continue to feed the contents on the network, for its mass reach of dissemination and why it has a feedback option that makes communication and users closer. With the implementation of journalism in the social networks Twitter and Facebook by the students of Communication of the Technical University of Ambato will make that the users do not wait for the schedule of the news, otherwise, they receive information of immediate form and relocated, that is to say, for people anywhere on the planet who own the internet and an account on the mentioned social networks. The study problem was delimited taking into account 313 legally enrolled students, from the first to the tenth semester of Communication of the Technical University of Ambato. The survey was used as a research technique that allowed to collect real information that after processing, tabulating and graphing, facilitated the analysis and interpretation of results with the help of the SPSS digital program.
