    El manejo de la comunicación organizacional en la Asociación escuela de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales para fortalecer el desarrollo integral estudiantil

    In the present research project, the importance of organizational communication in the Student Association of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences (Aso. FJCS) was analyzed, and how communication strategies promote the integral development of students. It has been used as a resource two different types of surveys, one aimed at officials of Aso FJCS and another applied to the student body of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences, these surveys have applied techniques considered of field, with methodological processes, reflective and systemic for the investigative process, in order to determine the relationships that maintain the variables described in a quantitative approach. The investigation made it possible to know to what extent the performance in communication tasks of Aso. FJCS is effective. And to what extent their work influences the integral development of students. With this research project has been determined a common problem in the student which is: the lack of knowledge and guidance on possible challenges within their academic stay. In conclusion, the FJCS students have a critique of the communication strategies of Aso FJCS in which they express feeling a lack of assertiveness in the communication systems. As a consequence, another conclusion in the investigation suggests that Aso FJCS officials consider communication feedback deficient. This indicates that the use of communicative strategies and structured plans to transmit and receive information becomes essential in Aso FJCS. Using a communicational system of mathematical style has been shown in research that is not effective in a student political body, therefore it is necessary to understand the feedback for future actions. It was also concluded that internal communication is essential to maintain a record of the documentation of the institution (offices, projects, budgets, etc.), thus achieving a solid internal institutional image that can be reflected in front of external audiences. Finally, a healthy environment, joint learning and a timely graduation can be guaranteed, through accompaniment and counseling processes from Aso FJCS, through the management and creation of scenarios for cultural, social, sports, recreational and academic support. All this favoring the integration of the students and promoting the integral development of the student body within the Institution, as well as promoting their relationship with society, thus becoming part of the integral student development

    Study the treatment given to the internal and external communication of the Central Market of the Ambato canton through communication strategies that improve the popular trade within this collection center, promoting and encouraging values of understanding of internal statutes and regulations as well as cooperation and Teamwork, which appear non-existent among merchants; as well as stimulating external communication through the promotion of products and services offered within it. Determines themes based on organizational communication and solidarity popular economy through tools of diffusion in virtual and traditional media. It contains the analysis of the problem from the qualitative approach, by means of evaluation and monitoring through surveys based on the law of inference. It is concluded that the desire of the retailers is to find mechanisms that allow them to market their products in a better way and obtaining better economic returns. It could be said that the vending machine or vending machine makes its place a temple to commerce.

    This thesis focuses on the research and analysis of organizational communication and the corporate image of the Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Government of Río Negro of the Baños de Agua Santa canton of the Province of Tungurahua. Its content includes important aspects regarding the achievement of the established objectives, in order to benefit the chosen institution and strengthen the knowledge acquired in regard to the population. It is important to note that the first data were collected in the same place through surveys of the population and an interview given by one of the officials of the Parish. Their interpretation and analysis contributed to the collection of information to formulate conclusions and recommendations that are consistent with the reality of the institution. The research project consists of six chapters in which different topics were studied to help identify the dynamics and flow of organizational communication of the Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Government of Río Negro of the Baños de Agua Santa canton of Tungurahua province, in order to analyze the importance of corporate image. Once the necessary information was acquired, the proposal was made, which contains the corporate brand and identity manual focused on improving organizational communication and the corporate image of the government institution thus achieving its positioning in image, identity, recognition and reputation. through a joint empowerment with officials and their inhabitants.

    La comunicación organizacional y la difusión de la información pública en el Gobierno Autónomo descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Patate

    Organizational communication over time has become a Latent in institutions, and even if its name is made present by the very fact of belonging to an organization, often has not been considered as a relevant element until a problem of communication in the organization in relation to the external public. The methodology used for the preparation of this project is qualitative. Based on the documentary research, a survey was carried out on both GAD officials and villagers. With the results obtained, the respective statistical tables were designed with the analyzes and interpretations. This is why the project implemented aims to indicate that communication, and in this case organizational communication, is an important factor that directs the relationships between internal and external elements of the entities, that is, between employees of the institution and local people. In general terms, the dissemination of public information has a lot to do with the strategies that are implemented within the communication department to reach the population of the Patate canton, taking into account each of the settlers and their situation, as well as the places And age.

    The word communication encompasses a number of edges and one of them is the institutional one that does not stop being a process of exchange of messages by the internal public of an institution to the beneficiaries or citizens of a certain geographical space. Assertive internal communication seek the satisfaction and well-being of the staff, more than that first product continues the external communication that concerns the target audience that the institution or dependency serves. This complex process uses as a strategy the correct management of the identity and institutional image and its function is to generate influence in the entity. These actions must be coherent, have concordance and reciprocity; the interaction between the actors must be clear and permanent, likewise the participation in the development of the daily activities are those that determine the value to the identity. "The corporate image is everything that makes up the letter of presentation of the company, and in its system of visual identity are present constitutive elements of identity as the history of the company, its evolution its structures, services and realities present" (Argüello, 2009, page 9). That is why the communication strategy plays an important role in the development of the corporate image to achieve positioning of a brand, be it a company or an institution. The Parliamentary GAD Eleven of November through a strategic communication plan seeks to improve the relationship between authorities and citizens with the correct intervention and application of the proposed strategies because residents of the sector have the right to access information from the institution and also to participate in the decision making of the Decentralized Autonomous Governmen.     Los medios de comunicación y su incidencia en al comuniciación organizacional de la Asociación Textil del Cantón Pelileo, Provincia de Tungurahua

    The present investigation treats on the incidence of the Means of Communication in reference to the Organizational Communication in the Textile Association of the Pelileo canton, Province of Tungurahua, for which it will be divided through an analysis. By means of an analysis and detected the problem, an investigation is carried out in which the theoretical framework will be constructed to properly base the dependent and independent variables based on the information gathered from books, dictionaries and the internet. The methodology of the research is implanted and the instruments for the collection of the material to be investigated are prepared, which will serve for the quantitative and qualitative study of the investigated variables, proceeding to the statistical analysis with the obtained data, in this way the relevant conclusions and recommendations by the researcher. To collect the relevant information, basic resources were used such as surveys, direct observation, etc. Through these results the most viable proposal is constructed to channel a solution to the proposed problem, which contemplates proposals for the implementation of communication strategies to improve the textile marketing of the Pelileo canton.

    The research work focuses on the study of external communication and corporate image, considering that the communication is a tool that favors in the improvement of the interpersonal relations focusing on the external client, increasing the selfesteem and belonging to the institution what Favors in labor relations; The work integrates in the methodology the critical paradigm purpose, with the quantitative and quantitative approaches; In addition, in the basic modality field research was used that favored the collection of direct information, the documentary bibliographic study made it possible to obtain information from previous work, contributing in the theoretical framework in the interpretations and in the writing of conclusions, the Exploratory type contributed to examine the problem in its causes and effects for a greater understanding was descriptive because it analyzes the variables establishes a correlation between external communication and corporate image, the population integrates thirty-two employees of the Municipality of the Mocha canton; Determining the need to develop strategies for the improvement of institutional and organizational communication.

    Comunicación institucional y la imagen corporativa del gobierno Autónomo Parroquial rural de Totoras

    The Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Rural Government of Totoras is an entity of Public Law, with political, administrative and financial autonomy, has as main objective the achievement of the welfare of the community of Totoras, through the satisfaction of the collective needs derived from the parish. Therefore, this research focuses on meeting one of the objectives of the entity with the elaboration of a Communication Plan; this Plan contains new communication strategies, which are followed through a set of activities in the medium and long term, with the purpose of improving the corporate image of the Rural Parish of Totoras. Also this Communication Plan allows the communication developed by the entity to respond to professional criteria, a methodology and a strategic approach and that is not simply a series of disjointed actions. Thus, this research contains general strategies that address key issues that contribute to the implementation of coherent and effective policies. In this order, the Parochial Government must assume its role, that is to follow up this document through effective and strategic actions, as this will allow the institution to improve its corporate image, allowing different audiences and stakeholders to identify it and at the same time clearly conceive the works and activities that the Parochial Government carries out for the benefit of the community.

    La comunicación como elemento de fortalecimiento organizacional en el Gobierno Parroquial Santa Rosa

    Organizational Communication, is a mass communication that goes hand in hand with the transformation of states in Latin American societies and, even more, when it focuses on fulfilling the role as responsible for welfare between the rulers and peoples of different social classes. (Alfaro, 1993) . It refers to communication as a relationship for development, "the communicative is a basic dimension of life and human and sociocultural relations." Taking into account that communicating and reporting are two different actions creates confusion but in reality should not be confused because the difference is in the feedback that is sought. Communication implies interactivity, where are as information only implies information. (Freijeiro, 2011) In the province of Tungurahua, within the Autonomous Government Decentralized Rural Parroquial of Santa Rosa. There is no knowledge of the existence of a communication department that is responsible for disseminating information or generating communication about the activities carried out by the parish administration in force, so it must be taken into account that "communication is the basis for the development” (Beltrán, 2005). The Autonomous Government Decentralized Parish Rural Santa Rosa, as well as all public institutions, is obliged to keep the population informed of the activities carried out for the benefit of the inhabitants.

    La comunicación organizacional y la percepción ciudadana de la gestión del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipalidad de Ambato

    The present study studies the influence of the organizational communication of the Municipality of Ambato on the citizen perception of the inhabitants of the urban parish La Matriz regarding the management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government Municipality of Ambato (GADMA). In order to arrive at a solution to the problem, we have chosen to use quantitative and qualitative approach methodology, through surveys of the journalists-reporters in the city and the inhabitants of the urban parish La Matriz in the canton of Ambato, and the interview with an institutional journalist GADMA. Methodological resources that allowed obtaining relevant information. Once the data obtained from the perception were analyzed and interpreted, it was determined that journalists are aware of what happens inside and outside the GADMA and that they coincide in the deficiency of the processes of organizational communication and the work of The Head of Institutional Communication. On the other hand, most citizens do not feel heard and consider that their opinion is not taken into account for the decisions adopted by the Municipality and does not feel involved in them, which is why public participation is ignored, In the low level of satisfaction regarding the municipal public management qualified between regular and bad. With the results obtained, it is recommended to publicize the municipal services of the directions and departments belonging to the GADMA through a mass media of communication, which contributes to generate a mechanism of participation in which the citizens feel that their opinion is taken consider. Therefore it is suggested the production of a weekly interactive radio program for the dissemination of public services of the GADMA and citizen participation of the inhabitants of the canton Ambato.
