Item Discurso y desarrollo social en las propuestas electorales de los Asambleistas por Tungurahua en el año 2017(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Comunicación, Desarrollo y Cambio Social, 2019-05) Pérez Medina, Edwin Patricio; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoThe present investigation analyzes the discourse of the work plans presented by the assembly members elected by Tungurahua in the legislative elections of 2017. This document was delivered prior to its registration before the National Electoral Council (CNE), in the Provincial Delegation, which will serve to review and evaluate the contribution of each candidate to social development. For this study, development axes were used: health, education, social security and provision of basic services, which will be reviewed in a Critical Discourse Analysis matrix, where the level of the story, context and productive and ideological conditions of the enunciator. The qualitative research was based on critical reading mainly texts by Teun A. Van Dicjk and Eliseo Verón, which allowed to have a broad vision of development. In addition, the work plans of Lira Villalva, elected by the Alianza País movement, Ana Galarza and Fernando Callejas of the Suma - Creo alliance and finally Luis Fernando Torres of the Time of Change alliance - Christian Social Party; where the actions that these authorities will undertake once positioned are evident.
