    Las diversas especies societarias y su aplicación para la continuidad de las empresas familiares en el Ecuador

    The importance that has taken a family business in the global economy and their worrying statistics that reflect their little growth with a negative tendency to continue over the time, determine the objective of this study, which is: to analyze how the application of the different corporations contribute in the continuity of the family businesses in Ecuador. A descriptive research applied to 380 family businesses, both sole propietor and corporations in Ecuador, show a total lack of knowledge about the issues of the different corporate species, procedures, costs, time and benefits of the legal formalization. Legal persons based on their experience have transmitted the advantages and disadvantages that they have received from the moment they acquired the legal status, showing at the same time a lack of knowledge about the necessary tools that help them solving their family problems that could arise in the future of their business, such as the succession plan and family protocol. Based on this information, a practical business legal manual that includes useful information is proposed, to help businessmen, who want their business to grow, continue and transcend through their family generations, at the time of making decisions.

    Generación de Bienestar Económico por la Empresa Familiar en el sector de la Construcción en la Ciudad de Guaranda

    The main objective of this research work is to determine how the Family Business affects the Construction sector in the Generation of Economic Wellbeing in the City of Guaranda, in which the methodology used is a qualitative-quantitative approach and a modality of field research and documentary bibliography, and a survey of fifteen questions was applied that were structured to be answered by a sample of 287 construction teachers, and a survey of 8 questions applied to 21 people who own family and professional companies of the sector, data that was graphed, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted with care in such a way that it was identified as having caused a great impact on the generation of economic well-being, the family stability of its employees and local development, the most important for the The Chi square statistical method was used to verify the hypothesis. After conducting all the research, it was suggested that entrepreneurs need a model that involves the economic and social part so that starting from the worker's social welfare, they can receive benefits and benefits to their company.

    The main objective of the research is to determine how the role of women influences the continuity of the family business in the textile sector of Tungurahua province, the research has a qualitative approach because through the application of the survey it was possible to determine the relationship that exists between the study variables, field research and documentary bibliography was used, as an instrument a questionnaire was used with the survey technique that was applied to 54 companies, data that was taken from the Provincial Defense Board of the Craftsman of the province of Tungurahua, the survey was validated through the alpha of cronbach that is a statistical method that indicates if the questionnaire applied in a research is reliable or not, the questions that were structured in a way that is easy to understand for that are answered by the owners of family businesses these data were plotted, tabulated, anal They were analyzed and interpreted in such a way that it could be observed how it affects that women are not allowed to enter family businesses so that family businesses in the sector can achieve their continuity. After having carried out the field research, it was known that a solution to the problem is needed, so a succession plan was proposed that is based on equal opportunities for men and women for family businesses in the textile sector of the province of Tungurahua.

    The main objective of the research is to determine how knowledge management affects the continuity of craft industries in the tannery sector of the city of Ambato, the methodology used has a qualitative and quantitative approach because statistical analysis was achieved determine the interrelation of the variables studied which allowed making proposals that contribute to the strengthening of the tannery artisanal sector, and a field research mode and bibliographic documentary, and a survey of 29 questions that were structured to be answered by a sample was used of 20 Craftsmen Qualified by the National Board of Defense of the Artisan, owners of family businesses, data that were graphed, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted in such a way that it was identified that knowledge management is not applied in family businesses to have continuity, the most important thing for In order to verify that the instrument was validated, the Crombach Alpha check method was used. After conducting all the research, it was determined that the artisan family businesses of the tannery sector do not take continuity into account, there are no processes to select the possible successor, they do not use a model or strategies to adequately manage the information and give it an appropriate treatment to knowledge the management.

    Artisan family businesses in the metal-mechanic sector of Tungurahua province are grouped within some institutions in order to know their rights, in the same way to encourage productive capacities, increase production and sales volumes, training and exchange of experiences. The continuous use of resources available to companies such as labor, patents, machinery goes unnoticed for their owners, the same as part of Know How (referring to the way in which the company does things in the workplace). that uses those resources to achieve production. According to the results obtained from the survey applied to the owners and workers of family artisan businesses, it is noteworthy that there is a link between salary and performance. The application of production indicators such as Aggregate Value%, Average Labor Productivity, Unitary Labor Cost, Labor Cost Competitiveness, determined that artisanal family businesses generate added value through the intervention of labor in the productive processes.

    Estrategias de medición de logros en la Empresa Familiar y su estilo de Liderazgo en el mercado textil del cantón Ambato

    The general objective of the present investigation was to determine how the style of leadership affects the strategies of measurement of achievements of the textile sector in Ambato city, for which a mixed approach was used, with a descriptive and correlational cross-sectional scope, evaluating the leadership style that managers and collaborators perceive through the CELID A and S questionnaire, and the measurement of achievements determined by the CLP-SP questionnaires for the work climate and the Objective Verification Checklist, where the transformational leadership in its A form predominates in the 3 companies, and in its S form the transformational leadership predominates in the company Camaleón and Pasteur, while in the Pasteur companies the leadership Laaisez Faire is notorious. The work climate of the companies Camaleón and Enmanuel is perceived as very favorable, while in the company Pasteur as favorable. Finally, the hypothesis was verified: The group of variables included that reflects the leadership style are not significant in the achievement measurement strategies, where through a regression analysis the p-value obtained for any of the cases is less than one, keeping correlation only the style of transactional leadership with the work climate. The null hypothesis is accepted, that is, the group of variables of leadership styles does not affect the strategies for measuring achievement, analyzing that the proposal should be the description of procedures for the design and construction of indicators to measure achievements in family enterprises.

    Determinantes para la fragmentación de la propiedad en caso de herencias y la continuidad de la empresa familiar en el cantón Ambato.

    The family business that is born from the founder's venture faces over time the risk of fragmentation caused by the death of the founder, due to the risks that the company faces in distributing its resources among the family members, considering that the family does not It is always informed of the development plans and does not agree with the distribution of the inheritances. Therefore, through descriptive research, 218 family businesses with more than six years old are analyzed to investigate this matter; The results show that the risk of fragmentation is real and is driven by the poor communication of the business family, low participation of the family in the management of the company and little preparation for the process of succession in the family business. To reduce the risk of fragmentation, strategies are selected that allow linking the business family with the productive activity of the company and the interaction of the family with the company's environment.

    This research allows to establish the importance of the income of new generations in the development of family businesses in the footwear sector, the same ones that with an adequate management in succession will keep on the market for several generations, the general objective of the present investigation is to analyze how the new generations influence in the development of the family business of the footwear sector, it is important that the sector contributes to the economy of the province and facing the new challenges that arise with the Globalization and the competition that exists, this research had a qualitative approach, updated bibliography, degree works, scientific articles, information and database of the national shoe camera CALTU in the city of Ambato etc. were used, from there a questionnaire of 12 well-structured questions was born, later through a survey the information was collected 40 members of the CALTU national shoe chamber in the city of Ambato, and carried out an analysis and interpretation of the responses which indicates results that the companies of the sector need to create a structure in which they help in the management of the generational change for this reason the improvement proposal is to design a succession plan for the members of the chamber CALTU national shoe store.

    La innovación tecnológica en el crecimiento empresarial familiar del sector carrocero.

    The objective of this research is to determine the link between technological innovation and business growth in the bodybuilding sector of the province of Tungurahua. For this, we worked with quantitative approach supported by a bibliographic research, which allowed us to sustain the variables under study (Technological Innovation and Business Growth). On the other hand, a field investigation was applied, where the study population was structured by companies that according to the INEC are classified as small or family, which were in a total of five (MAMBUS, IMPEDEPSA, ALME , PILLAPA, IMPA). It was possible to gather information regarding the income and historical costs of each one of them that were later subjected to a statistical analysis, giving rise to the verification of the proposed hypothesis. Under these characteristics, it was determined that the information collected from the study population allocated resources for the acquisition of new specific technologies for each type of Bus, during two years. In addition, companies believe that introducing new technologies will improve their economic benefits and with them their business growth. Finally, as a response to the solution to the problem detected, it is proposed to implement a technological innovation system in one of these family businesses, which consists of five phases: 1) diagnosis of the company, 2) obtaining the innovation power index , 3) analysis of the company, 4) implementation of the innovation system, 5) control and monitoring.

    The main objective of the present investigation is to determine how administrative strategies affect the continuity of family businesses in the footwear sector of the city of Ambato, for this purpose information is collected through the CALTU Cámara Nacional de Calzado, through a modality of field research with a qualitative approach, which led to the presentation of conclusions and recommendations, analyzed this information identified latent problems in the companies of the sector, with respect to their deficient strategic management that has a direct impact within the continuity of the same, which is why it is proposed to design a strategic management model for family businesses in the footwear sector in the city of Ambato in order to guarantee its continuity.
