dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto tiene por objetivo diseñar y construir una máquina capaz de trasladar verticalmente, de forma rápida y segura los materiales empleados en la empresa Alvarado Construcciones. Para el alcance de este proyecto se realizó un estudio de los elevadores y grúas que pueden servir de base para cumplir el objetivo. Considerando que el elevador debe ser desmontable y de costo factible. Se realizó un análisis de alternativas para determinar la mejor opción de diseño, estableciendo los parámetros técnicos necesarios que cumplan con los requerimientos de la empresa, a partir de esto se procedió al diseño de todos los elementos que constituyen el elevador. Se estableció ciertos parámetros de seguridad para operar la máquina así como también medidas preventivas en el mantenimiento de la misma. Finalmente se detalla el proceso de construcción empleado en el elevador.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this project is to design and build a machine capable of moving vertically, quickly and safely materials used in the company “Alvarado Construcciones”. In order to achieve the objectives of this project a study of elevators and cranes that can serve as a base to meet the target was performed. Accepting the fact that the elevator should be removable and convenient cost. An analysis of alternatives was made to determine the best design option, setting up the necessary technical parameters for achieve the requirements of the company, and with this analysis we proceeded to design all the elements of the elevator. Certain safety parameters were established to operate the machine as well as preventive measures for future maintenance. Finally, the building process used in the elevator is detailed.es_ES
