| dc.description | The Kullki Wasi Savings and Credit Cooperative, Latacunga branch, is dedicated to providing financial services, including loans, savings, and investments. It also offers services such as taxes, utility payments, and other related services. Its track record has allowed it to position itself in segment 1 and become one of the largest financial institutions in the country, maintaining security and reliability for all its members. The research seeks to determine the relationship between working conditions and staff turnover, identifying the main factors that indicate a deterioration in the work environment. This negatively influences employee well-being and weakens their sense of belonging. The results indicated that employees perceive adequate conditions within the institution; however, some factors still maintain a negative trend, such as workload, interpersonal relationships, security, and decision-making autonomy, which negatively impact their well-being at work. A strong positive relationship (r = 0.733; p = 0.00) was found between working conditions and staff turnover, which validated the hypothesis. It is concluded that working conditions influence staff turnover at the Kullki Wasi Savings and Credit Cooperative, so all these factors must be managed promptly to mitigate future risks. Furthermore, human talent programs focused on staff retention, professional development opportunities, and recognition must be promoted. | |
