| dc.description | This research on administrative management and its influence on business growth in the footwear sector in the canton of Cevallos, aimed to determine the relationship between the variables, for this reason it is necessary to properly use the instruments and techniques to observe a continuous improvement in each of the processes of the organization. The investigation of these variables provides adequate information to know how administrative management and business growth contribute to the improvement of innumerable essential factors in the organization, such as good customer service, motivated and trained personnel, appropriate infrastructure, etc. A quantitative research approach was used that allowed the collection of data for the measurement and analysis of the study variables, carried out with thirty owners of footwear companies in Cevallos county. A descriptive research was implemented through the application of a questionnaire composed of fourteen questions. It is concluded that administrative management influences the business growth of the footwear sector of the Cevallos canton, due to the fact that there is an average positive correlation, this is determined by using the Pearson correlation method in SPSS software. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación sobre la gestión administrativa y su influencia con el crecimiento empresarial en el sector calzado del cantón Cevallos, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las variables, por tal motivo hay que emplear de manera apropiada los instrumentos y técnicas para observar una mejora continua en cada uno de los procesos de la organización. La investigación de estas variables proporcionan información adecuada para conocer como la gestión administrativa y el crecimiento empresarial aportan a la mejoría de innumerables factores primordiales en la organización como por ejemplo buena atención a clientes, personal motivado y capacitado, infraestructura apropiada, etc. Se utilizó un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa que permitió la recolección de datos para la medición y análisis de las variables de estudio, realizadas a treinta dueños de las empresas de calzado del cantón Cevallos. Se implementó una investigación descriptiva mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario compuesto de catorce preguntas. Se concluye que la gestión administrativa influye con el crecimiento empresarial del sector calzado del cantón Cevallos, debido a que existe una correlación positiva media, esto se determinó mediante la utilización del método de correlación de Pearson en software SPSS. | es_ES |
