Las políticas públicas implementadas en Ecuador post-covid y su repercusión en el sistema bancario, un estudio desde la perspectiva empresarial de la Cámara de Comercio de Ambato

| dc.description | This research focuses on analyzing the public policies that were implemented in Ecuador and whether they had an impact on the banking system in the city of Ambato through the perception of the companies affiliated to the Ambato Chamber of Commerce. The research methodology had a quantitative approach of exploratory correlational type, a survey was applied to the study population for which a questionnaire was validated by Cronbach's alpha consisting of 12 questions with Likert scale directed to the legal representatives of the companies affiliated to the Chamber of Commerce of Ambato, the same oriented to public policies and the influence on their companies and the banking system according to their opinion. To reach the conclusions, a correlational analysis was carried out using Spearman's method with the help of the SPSS program to accept the alternative hypothesis with a correlation coefficient of 0.327, placing it in a medium positive correlation interval, which means that there is a relationship between the two variables, but not a very strong one. Finally, it is concluded that the policies that were taken directed to the banking system according to the opinion of the companies of the Ambato Chamber of Commerce gave help and relief by the restructuring of credits with refinancing and deferral of terms, in addition to the creation of credit products with the objective of mitigating the impact caused by the restrictions of the sanitary emergency. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se enfoca en el análisis de las políticas públicas que se dieron en Ecuador tras la emergencia sanitaria y si las mismas tuvieron repercusión en el sistema bancario de la ciudad de Ambato por medio de la percepción de las empresas afiliadas a la Cámara de Comercio de Ambato. La metodología de investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo exploratoria correlacional, se aplicó una encuesta a la población estudio para lo cual se realizó un cuestionario validado mediante el alfa de Cronbach que consta de 12 preguntas con escala de Likert dirigidas a los representantes legales de las empresas afiliadas a la Cámara de Comercio de Ambato las mismas orientadas a las políticas públicas y la influencia en sus empresas y el sistema bancario según su opinión. Para llegar a las conclusiones se realizó un análisis correlacional mediante el método de Spearman con ayuda del programa SPSS para aceptar la hipótesis alternativa con un coeficiente de correlación de 0,327 situándose en un intervalo de correlación positiva media esto quiere decir que existe una relación entre las dos variables, pero no muy fuerte. Finalmente se concluye que las políticas que se tomaron dirigidas al sistema bancario según la opinión de las empresas de la Cámara de Comercio de Ambato dieron una ayuda y alivio por la reestructuración de créditos con refinanciamiento y diferimiento de plazos además de la creación de productos crediticios con objetivo de mitigar el impacto ocasionado por las restricciones de la emergencia sanitaria. | es_ES |
