This bibliometrical study analyzes scientific output related to the perception and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in sustainable marketing within the business sector. The research stems from the growing interest in understanding how AI contributes to improving sustainable strategies, optimizing processes, and strengthening decision-making in organizations, as well as identifying trends, relevant contributions, and knowledge gaps in this emerging field. The research was conducted using quantitative, bibliographic, descriptive, and non-experimental design. The PRISMA methodology was applied to select scientific articles indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), using the search terms “Artificial Intelligence” AND “Sustainable Marketing” AND “Business Management.” The final sample consisted of 48 documents analyzed using the VOSviewer and Bibliometrix software. The results showed a progressive increase in publications, reaching a peak in 2025 with 25 documents. India, China, Jordan, and Malaysia led the scientific output, while the most frequent keywords were artificial intelligence, sustainable development, marketing, and commerce. The findings demonstrate that AI plays a strategic role in sustainable marketing, as it facilitates data analysis, improves business efficiency, and optimizes sustainability-oriented decision-making. It is recommended that future research must be expanded into less explored areas, such as innovation and Sustainable Development Goals, incorporating different databases and languages.
