The main objective was to determine the effectiveness of digital tools. The PRISMA methodology was applied, with the following eligibility criteria: population (P) young adults; intervention (I) digital tools with a thirdgeneration approach; comparison (C) control group; outcomes (O) anxiety, depression, perceived stress, and psychological well-being. Trials in Spanish and English were included. The search was conducted from August 25 to September 5, 2025, in databases covering the years 2018 to 2025: PubMed, ScienceDirect, and PsycINFO. 811 records were identified; after screening, 4 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions were included.
