Abstract
This project is aimed at the design of the reservoir tank and expansion of the distribution
network from the El Chilco community to the San Antonio neighborhood located in the
San Francisco community, with this study is intended to provide basic drinking water
service in quantity and quality to the inhabitants of the sector taking into account the
design parameters and the orographic characteristics of the place.
Through the field visit, it was determined that the study site belongs to the rural sector;
therefore, the CO 10.7 - 602 - Revision NORM was used, which is focused on the design
of drinking water supply for the rural area. The study used data provided by the GADM
of Tisaleo, Development and Land Use Plan of Tisaleo canton 2014 - 2019, statistical data
from INEC and various bibliographic sources.
A topographic survey was carried out with the TRIMBLE M3 station of the municipal
entity, in order to develop the hydraulic project in Civil 3D, SAP 2000 and EPANET,
taking into account the design bases of the code. This research work includes topographic
plans and design of the distribution network, as well as items used in the construction of
the drinking water supply system. Finally, the expansion of the distribution system is
intended to supply quality drinking water to tisaleñas families in an efficient and
responsible manner, complying with all the regulations and parameters in force.
Description
Este proyecto va encaminado al diseño del tanque reservorio y ampliación de la red de
distribución desde la comunidad El Chilco hasta el barrio San Antonio ubicado en la
comunidad San Francisco del cantón Tisaleo provincia de Tungurahua, con este estudio
se pretende dotar del servicio básico de agua potable en cantidad y calidad a los habitantes
del sector teniendo en cuenta los parámetros de diseño y las características topográficas e
hidrográficas del lugar.
A través de la visita de campo se determinó que el sitio de estudio pertenece al sector rural
por lo cual se utilizó la NORMA CO 10.7 – 602 – Revisión, que está enfocada en el diseño
de abastecimiento de agua potable para el área rural. Dentro del estudio se utilizó datos
proporcionados por el GADM de Tisaleo, Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial
del cantón Tisaleo 2014 – 2019, datos estadísticos del INEC y diversas fuentes
bibliográficas.
Se realizó un levantamiento topográfico con la estación TRIMBLE M3 de la entidad
municipal, de esta manera se pudo desarrollar el proyecto hidráulico en Civil 3D, SAP
2000 y EPANET tomando en cuenta las bases de diseño del código. Este trabajo
investigativo cuenta con planos topográficos y diseño de la red de distribución, además
cuenta con rubros que se emplean en la construcción del sistema de abastecimiento de
agua potable. Finalmente, con la ampliación del sistema de distribución se procura
abastecer de agua potable de calidad a las familias tisaleñas de forma eficaz y responsable,
cumpliendo con todas las normativas y parámetros vigentes.
