Las Bases de Datos Documentales utilizando Software Libre y su incidencia en la difusión de la información pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Tisaleo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se lo realiza considerando que en la actualidad los municipios del país son gobiernos autónomos descentralizados, los mismos que por su función adoptan nuevas competencias y obligaciones, entre ellas mantener informada a la población de todos los procesos, programas y proyectos que desarrolla la institución municipal. Se procede a investigar las ventajas que ofrece la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías en la difusión de información, por lo tanto se determina que la utilización de portales Web permiten mejorar la comunicación con los habitantes de Tisaleo y el mundo, al disponer en línea toda la información que generan los distintos departamentos de la municipalidad, los que permiten un fácil y rápido acceso. En función de este proyecto se pretende implementar una plataforma tecnológica que permita la adecuada comunicación de la información en un tiempo mínimo y de tal forma que el contribuyente no necesite trasladarse a las oficinas municipales a realizar consultas que con acceso a internet puede revisar desde su hogar, ahorrando tiempo y dinero. Para la implementación de este proyecto el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Tisaleo cuenta con el talento humano y recursos materiales y tecnológicos necesarios para emprender es esta nueva alternativa de comunicación.
