Abstract
La Corporación de Desarrollo de Ambato y Tungurahua CorpoAmbato es una corporación generada por la Municipalidad de Ambato, que busca mecanismos para dar asistencia técnica para el emprendimiento de los ambateños. Un evento de enorme trascendencia ya que la provincia cuenta con mujeres y hombres comprometidos con la causa de todos los sectores.
Las habilidades gerenciales son factores o elementos de vital importancia que debe poseer un emprendedor para un adecuado funcionamiento de un negocio. Es por esta razón que el objetivo de la presente investigación es investigar cómo las habilidades gerenciales se relacionan con la capacidad emprendedora de los inscritos en el programa “Aprendiendo a Emprendiendo” de CorpoAmbato.
Los datos obtenidos después de realizar las tabulaciones correspondientes indican que poseen habilidades gerenciales y la capacidad emprendedora de manera favorable, sin embargo, desconocen la importancia del uso de la tecnología. Se hizo una investigación de campo, por lo que se puede sustentar que carecen de conocimientos para desenvolverse en el mundo tecnológico que permita realizar un registro de ventas y servicios.
Mediante la aplicación del Coeficiente de Pearson en el SPSS se evidencia que existe una correlación positiva fuerte entre las dos variables, ya que se obtuvo un valor de 0,569, por tal motivo se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se acepta la hipótesis alterna (H1), por ende, las habilidades gerenciales Si influye en la capacidad emprendedora de los inscritos en el programa “Aprendiendo a Emprender” de CorpoAmbato.
Description
The Development Corporation of Ambato and Tungurahua CorpoAmbato is a corporation created by the Municipality of Ambato, which seeks mechanisms to provide technical assistance for the entrepreneurship of the people of Ambato. An event of enormous significance since the province has women and men committed to the cause of all sectors.
Managerial skills are factors or elements of vital importance that an entrepreneur must possess for the proper functioning of a business. It is for this reason that the objective of this research is to investigate how managerial skills relate to the entrepreneurial capacity of those enrolled in the program "Learning to Undertake" of CorpoAmbato.
The data obtained after making the corresponding tabulations indicate that they have managerial skills and entrepreneurial capacity in a favorable way, however, they are unaware of the importance of the use of technology. A field investigation was carried out, so it can be argued that they lack the knowledge to operate in the technological world that allows them to keep a record of sales and services.
By applying the Pearson coefficient in SPSS, it is evident that there is a strong positive correlation between the two variables, since a value of 0.569 was obtained. For this reason, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Therefore, managerial skills do influence the entrepreneurial capacity of those enrolled in the CorpoAmbato “Learning to Undertake” program.
