Abstract
ABSTRACT
The evolution of technologies is advancing by leaps and bounds, which is why this
research project describes the implementation of a prototype monitoring and diffuse
control of poultry farms with underfloor heating and solar energy, due to the fact that
when using renewable energy with energy systems modern control and taking
advantage of the technologies provided when using free hardware and software, both
environmental and monetary advantages are obtained, thus demonstrating an
improvement in the processes of poultry production.
The monitoring system is based and designed from free distribution servers, creating
access and monitoring interfaces according to the use that you want to give it. As main
benefits presented by this type of systems is that there is abundant information on the
network, in addition to this it is not necessary to pay any value for its use, on the
contrary it has a disadvantage which is presented at the time of designing the system,
presenting inconveniences when coding interfaces.
The diffuse control section simulates the behavior of an operator who is in charge of
the plant, thus having through membership functions that are nothing more than values
provided by someone who knows how exactly the process works. To concatenate all
this data, we use diffuse rules Yes-So that in the end they obtain a single numerical
value that will be processed according to the variable to be controlled.
The benefits offered by the sun and the geographical location of Ecuador, make this
resource an important source of renewable energy that will be used for the process of
heating environments, thus generating an ideal environment for the process of raising
birds.
