| dc.description | This research project consists of a study of exports and the employment rate in the flower sector in the canton Latacunga, based on the information provided by the Internal Revenue Service, INEC and the Ministry of Labor in recent years. as a solution that allows integrating the internal processes of companies, as well as commercial strengthening and job stability. The objective of this project is to study the evolution of exports and the employment rate of the flower sector of the canton of Latacunga in the province of Cotopaxi. The methodology used was descriptive, qualitative - quantitative since it is oriented towards the problem, describes its elements and investigates them in depth. The instrument used is the survey, by posing a questionnaire that allows field research serves to have a broad view of the subject to investigate. So it is considered that within the export process of the flower companies of the Canton Latacunga there are certain advantages which contribute to the socioeconomic development within the country. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto investigativo consiste en un estudio de las exportaciones y la tasa de empleo en el sector florícola en el cantón Latacunga, a partir de la información proporcionada del Servicio de Rentas Internas, INEC y Ministerio de Trabajo en los últimos años, esta se plantea como solución que permite integrar los procesos internos de las empresas, así como el fortalecimiento comercial y la estabilidad laboral. El objetivo de este proyecto es estudiar la evolución de las exportaciones y la tasa de empleo del sector florícola del cantón Latacunga de la provincia de Cotopaxi. La metodología utilizada fue descriptiva, cualitativa – cuantitativa ya que se orienta hacia el problema, describe sus elementos y los investiga a profundidad. EL instrumento utilizado es la encuesta, mediante el planteamiento de un cuestionario que permite la investigación de campo sirve para tener una visión amplia respecto al tema a investigar. Por lo que se considera que dentro del proceso de exportación de las empresas florícolas del Cantón Latacunga existen ciertas ventajas las cuales aportan al desarrollo socioeconómico dentro del país. | es_ES |
