Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la incidencia de las
conductas disruptivas en las relaciones interpersonales, en los estudiantes de Educación
General Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Nueva Esperanza”, del cantón Ambato; dentro
de la línea de investigación: comportamiento y convivencia. La importancia por realizar
este tema de investigación radica; porque, cada vez es más frecuente observar en las
instituciones educativas estudiantes que presentan conductas disruptivas convirtiéndose
así este, en un problema habitual pero sobre todo preocupante para todos los actores
educativos pero en especial para los docentes y los padres de familia. El diseño fue no
experimental con un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo; fue cualitativo porque se investigó en el
contexto real donde se situó la problemática y cuantitativo porque se obtuvo datos que
fueron analizados e interpretados. La modalidad empleada fue bibliográfica, documental
y de campo. El nivel de investigación alcanzado fue descriptivo. Las técnicas empleadas
fueron la entrevista, la encuesta y la ficha de observación y el instrumento fue el
cuestionario. La población la conformaron 92 estudiantes de Educación General Básica,
14 docentes y la psicóloga del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil. Los resultados
obtenidos revelan que en la institución educativa si se presencian conductas disruptivas
que aunque no sean graves si no son tratadas de manera adecuada pueden persistir y
empeorar; por ello, se recomienda que se implemente protocolos de intervención que
ayuden a prevenir, controlar y disminuir este problema mejorando y favoreciendo de esta
manera la convivencia escolar de los educandos.
Description
The present investigation was carried out with the objective of analyzing the incidence of
disruptive behaviors in interpersonal relationships, in the students of Basic General
Education of the Educational Unit "Nueva Esperanza", of the Ambato canton, within the
line of investigation: behavior and coexistence. The importance of carrying out this
research topic lies, because it is increasingly common to observe in educational
institutions students who present disruptive behaviors, thus becoming a common problem
but above all worrying for all educational actors but especially for teachers and the parents.
The design was non-experimental with a qualitative-quantitative approach, it is worth
mentioning that it was qualitative because it was investigated in the real context where the
problem was located and quantitatively because data was obtained that was measured,
analyzed and interpreted. The modality used was bibliographic, documentary and field.
The level of research reached was descriptive. The techniques used were the interview,
the survey and the observation sheet and the instrument was the questionnaire. The
population was made up of 92 students of Basic General Education, 14 teachers and the
psychologist from the Student Counseling Department. The results obtained reveal that in
the educational institution if disruptive behaviors are witnessed that, although they are not
serious, if they are not treated adequately, they can persist and worsen, for this reason it
is recommended that intervention protocols be implemented that help prevent, control and
reduce this problem. improving and favoring in this way the school coexistence of the
students.
