During the COVID-19 health emergency, all commercial spheres were affected, including the agricultural sector of Tungurahua. Faced with this situation, the different sectors had to implement alternative ways to market their products, especially the use of social networks. Therefore, this research focused on a post-crisis analysis of the methods used by Tungurahua farmers to deal with the situation. For this, a survey of 30 items was applied to 189 representatives of the associations of the province of Tungurahua, structured by dichotomous questions and questions with a Likert scale. For the statistical analysis of the study variables that refer to the use of social networks in product marketing, Spearman's Rho, Multiple Linear Regression, Durbin-Watson, and ANOVA were used with the support of the SPSS tool. The results show that farmers in the Tungurahua province do not use social networks for commercial purposes. In addition, it was identified that social networks such as Facebook and WhatsApp are not 100% used, which reveals the need for farmers to update themselves in digital marketing methods, to optimally face future crises.es_ES
