Propuesta de un instrumento de valoraciòn de enfermerìa por dominios en el àrea de medicina interna

Abstract

Introduction: The assessment instrument used in internal medicine will serve for the collection of information regarding the biopsychosocial status of the patient allowing to obtain real Diagnoses, executing actions that contribute to prioritize standardized care in relation to prompt recovery. Objective: To propose a nursing assessment instrument by domains focused on care needs in order to improve the quality of care in the internal medicine area, by means of an updated bibliographic review. Method: For the present research, a comparative analysis of the case was used, through the use of the descriptive theoretical methodology to collect, analyze and synthesize the information. An exhaustive information search was carried out by means of a comparative analysis of primary sources such as: Mendeley, Pulmed and scientific articles in Scopus, Scielo, Science Direct, Elsevier; Conclusions: Based on the above mentioned, the design of an assessment instrument for nursing focused on the area of internal medicine is proposed, this will benefit the health personnel at the time of performing the respective assessment, in addition to, providing pre and post recovery care of the patient.
