| dc.description | Sport in its beginnings by the government was not considered an important aspect since public investment from 2007 to 2016 reached 1,034 MMUSD, of the great changes in Sport by government entities the Ministry of Sport was created who It has been responsible until this year to allocate between 50% and 80% of its budget to sports organizations and thus obtaining 500,000 beneficiary athletes. It is for this reason that the present research work has focused on conducting a comprehensive analysis of the investment that has been provided to the sport and as a benefit to it for its performance. In the analysis of the investment made by the state towards sport, it is clearly evidenced that there was no clear record, much less an investment control in the 90s, since 2000 an investment is evident, but very limited; that is, at a national level the amount did not exceed one million dollars until 2007. There was a significant change from 2008 to 2013 where up to 162 million dollars was allocated, but based on the country's situation, the allocation of Sport support was considerably diminished where 91 million were allocated until 2018, which, knowing the evolution of the sport and the needs to cover, the economic contribution is insufficient. The objective of the research is to analyze government investment for sport, and since 2008 it is stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, where it is stipulated that the Ecuadorian state must coordinate, protect and promote sports, it is also carried out a documentary and descriptive review; It is documentary because a literary investigation of the variables to be studied and descriptive is carried out because it is intended to analyze government investment. | dc.description.abstract | El deporte en sus inicios por parte del gobierno no era considerado un aspecto importante ya que la inversión pública desde el 2007 hasta el 2016 alcanzo 1 034 MMUSD, de los grandes cambios en el Deporte por parte de entidades gubernamentales se creó el Ministerio del Deporte quien se ha encargado hasta el presente año de destinar entre el 50% y 80% de su presupuesto a los organismos deportivos y obteniendo así 500.000 deportistas beneficiarios. Es por esta razón que el presente trabajo de investigación se ha enfocado en realizar un amplio análisis de la inversión que se a brindado al deporte y como a beneficiado a este para su rendimiento. En el análisis de la inversión realizada por parte del estado hacia el deporte, se evidencia claramente que no existía un registro claro ni mucho menos un control de la inversión en los años 90, a partir del 2000 se evidencia una inversión, pero muy limitada; es decir, a nivel nacional el monto no sobrepasaba del millón de dólares hasta el 2007. Hubo un cambio significativo desde el año 2008 hasta el 2013 donde se asignó hasta 162 millones de dólares, pero en base a la situación del país, la asignación de apoyo al deporte fue disminuido considerablemente donde hasta el año 2018 se asignó de 91 millones, que, al conocer la evolución del deporte y las necesidades a cubrir, la aportación económica es insuficiente. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la inversión gubernamental para el deporte, además a partir del año 2008 se estipulo en la Constitución de la Republica del Ecuador, donde se estipula que el estado ecuatoriano debe coordinar, proteger y fomentar el deporte, también se realiza una revisión de tipo documental y descriptiva; es documental debido a que se realiza una investigación literaria de las variables a estudiar y descriptiva debido a que se pretende analizar la inversión gubernamental. Se concluye que la inversión por parte del estado es restringida hacia el área del deporte y al pasar los años ha ido en un constante decrecimiento. | es_ES |
