| dc.description | The purpose of the investigation was to inquire about the strategic management and overdue portfolio of the Pilahuin Savings and Credit Cooperative. The lack of knowledge about the processes to recover the overdue portfolio has been directly verified, in management there are also some activities that are partially carried out, which must be improved. The theoretical foundation is given by the epistemology of various authors in relation to strategic management and past-due portfolio. Other topics considered are administration, financial management, administrative process, direction. An exploratory investigation was established to determine the theoretical foundation of the two variables. The field investigation because the information obtained was directly from the personnel who work in the entity. Two types of questionnaires were designed, one addressed to the staff and the other to the patients. The contribution of this work is the knowledge of the relationship between the two study variables and the necessary information to put into practice some modifications that can be made for the cooperative for the benefit of the institution and society. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación tuvo como finalidad indagar sobre la gerencia estratégica y cartera vencida de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pilahuin. Se ha constatado directamente el desconocimiento sobre los procesos para recuperar la cartera vencida, en la gerencia también existe alunas actividades que se realizan parcialmente, las cuales deben ser mejoradas La fundamentación teórica, está dada por la epistemología de varios autores en lo referente a gerencia estratégica y cartera vencida. Otros temas tomados en cuenta son administración, gerencia financiera, proceso administrativo, dirección. Se estableció una investigación exploratoria, para determinar la fundamentación teórica de las dos variables. La investigación de campo pues la información obtenida fue directamente desde el personal que labora en la entidad. Se diseño dos tipos de cuestionarios, uno dirigido al personal y otro a los pacientes. El aporte de este trabajo es el conocimiento de la relación entre las dos variables de estudio y la información necesaria para poner en práctica algunas modificaciones que se pueden realizar para la cooperativa en beneficio de la institución y de la sociedad. | es_ES |
