| dc.description | La monoparentalidad en el momento actual presenta mayor importancia por su incremento y heterogeneidad de escenarios que representa, esto incide negativamente en el cumplimiento de los derechos del niño. El objetivo principal es analizar la influencia de la tenencia monoparental en los derechos de los niños. El enfoque adoptado es cuantitativo y cualitativo, con un nivel descriptivo-correlacional y la aplicación de métodos hipotético-deductivos y analíticosintéticos. La investigación se llevó a cabo con familias que cumplieron con el criterio de familia monoparental. Para recopilar datos, se elaboró una encuesta que se aplicó mediante un cuestionario dirigido a progenitores de familias monoparentales, compuesto por 26 preguntas; además, se implementaron dos entrevistas semiestructuradas, una para progenitores y otra para niños; la entrevista a progenitores contó con 23 aspectos y la entrevista a niños con 19. Los resultados mostraron que las familias monoparentales presentan problemas socioeconómicos, que gran parte de estas familias adolecen de pensión alimentaria, y que no reciben ayuda o asistencia social, aspectos que inciden en la vulneración de los derechos del niño. | dc.description.abstract | Single parenthood at the current time is of greater importance, due to its increase and heterogeneity of scenarios that it represents, this negatively affects the fulfillment of the rights of the child. The main objective is to analyze the influence of single parentage on children's rights. The approach adopted is quantitative and qualitative, with a descriptive-correlational level and the application of hypothetical-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods. The research was carried out with families that meet the criteria of a single-parent family. To collect data, a survey was developed and administered to parents of single-parent families, consisting of 26 questions; In addition, two semi-structured interviews were implemented for parents and children respectively; The interview with parents had 23 aspects and the interview with children with 19.
