Abstract
This research project aimed to determine the effectiveness of Criocinétic in people with an age range between 35 and 65 years presenting plantar fasciitis and attend the General Provincial Hospital Latacunga. This project was kind Observatory and qualitative approach - Quantitative, because all collected will be expressed in words.
Pain assessment was performed according to the EVA scale before and at the end of the treatment applied. This, it is determined that the Criocinétic is effective in getting plantar fasciitis a significant decrease in pain and allowing the patient soon return to their activities of daily living .
Description
El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad de la Criocinética en Personas con un rango de edad entre 35 y 65 años que presenten Fascitis Plantar y acudan al Hospital Provincial General Latacunga. Este proyecto fue de tipo Observatorio y de enfoque Cualitativo – Cuantitativo, debido a que todos los datos recogidos serán expresados en palabras.
Se realizó la evaluación del dolor según la escala EVA antes y al final de aplicar el tratamiento. Es así como se determina que la Criocinética es efectiva en la fascitis plantar obteniendo una disminución considerable de dolor y permitiendo la pronto reincorporación del paciente a sus Actividades de la Vida Diaria.
