Abstract
The present work deals with the analysis of a clinical case same is about an 86 years old male patient, retired whit "PROLONGED TEMPORAL INABILITY FOR AMBULATION AS A CONSEQUENCE OF DISC HERNIATION SURGERY AT LEVEL L4 - L5, L5 - S1" Who in 2003 underwent discectomy surgery plus laminectomy in L4 - L5, by diagnosis of disc herniation at L4 - L5, L5 - S1. In the development of the analysis of the clinical case, the appearance of several risk factors, critical points and complications that affect their quality of life, having the prolonged temporal inability for ambulation as the most important, will finally be proposed a physiotherapeutic treatment, according to the particular needs of the patient with the objective of helping in their recovery and giving back the autonomy capacity to carry out their activities of daily living.

El presente trabajo trata del análisis de un caso clínico de un paciente de 86 años, de sexo masculino, jubilado, que presento “INCAPACIDAD TEMPORAL PROLONGADA PARA LA DEAMBULACIÓN COMO CONSECUENCIA DE CIRUGÍA DE HERNIA DISCAL A NIVEL L4 – L5, L5 – S1” en el mismo se relata, que en el año 2003 fue sometido a una cirugía de discectomía más laminectomía en L4 – L5, por diagnóstico de hernia discal a nivel L4 – L5, L5 – S1. En el desarrollo del análisis del caso clínico se evidencian la aparición de varios factores de riesgo, puntos críos y complicaciones que afectaron su calidad de vida, teniendo la incapacidad temporal prolongada para la deambulación como la de mayor importancia, finalmente se propondrá un tratamiento fisioterapéutico alternativo de acuerdo a las necesidades particulares del paciente con el objetivo de ayudar en su recuperación y devolver la capacidad de autonomía para realizar sus actividades de la vida diaria.
