Abstract
La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Indígena SAC Cía. Ltda. se ha dedicado a ofrecer servicios financieros en Ambato durante 35 años, logrando una rentabilidad sólida en colaboración con sus empleados. Además, ha expandido sus operaciones con la apertura de agencias a nivel nacional, asegurando seguridad y confianza en todos sus servicios. La Cooperativa está implementando nuevas estrategias y compartiendo experiencias para garantizar el éxito de sus intereses tanto internos como externos.
Por esta razón el presente proyecto de investigación se ha enfocado en implementar un modelo de análisis predictivo ya que es crucial para las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, permitiendo identificar patrones y tendencias en datos históricos para prever comportamientos futuros, como la posible deserción de miembros.
La información recabada para este proyecto proviene de investigación de campo, aplicada a los empleados de la Cooperativa, quienes perciben que se valora su trabajo, lo que influye positivamente en su decisión de quedarse en la empresa.
Así la propuesta resultante de la investigación es mejorar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección, atracción y retención mediante el uso de herramientas de análisis predictivo para la gestión del personal en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Indígena SAC Ltda.
Description
The Indigenous Cooperative Savings & Credit SAC Ltd. has been dedicated to offering financial services in Ambato for 35 years, achieving a solid profitability in collaboration with its employees. In addition, it has expanded its operations with the opening of agencies nationwide, ensuring security and trust in all its services. The Cooperative is implementing new strategies and sharing experiences to guarantee the success of its internal and external interests.
For this reason, the present research project has focused on implementing a predictive analysis model considering that it is crucial for savings and credit cooperatives, allowing the identification of patterns and trends in historical data to predict future behaviors, such as the possible member attrition.
The information collected for this project comes from field research, applied to the Cooperative's employees, who perceive that their work is valued, which positively influences in their decision to stay in the company.
Thus, the proposal resulting from the research is to improve the recruitment, selection, attraction and retention processes through the use of predictive analysis tools for the personnel management in the Indigenous Cooperative Savings & Credit SAC Ltd.
