| dc.description | La empresa familiar que nace desde el emprendimiento del fundador enfrenta con el tiempo el riesgo de fragmentación ocasionado por el deceso del mismo, esto debido a los riesgos que enfrenta la empresa de repartir sus recursos entre los miembros de la familia, considerando que la familia no siempre está comunicada de los planes de desarrollo y no está de acuerdo con el reparto de las herencias. Por ello a través de la investigación descriptiva se analiza 218 empresas familiares con más de seis años de antigüedad para indagar sobre este particular; de los resultados obtenidos se demuestra que el riesgo de fragmentación es real y está impulsado por la escasa comunicación de la familia empresaria, baja participación de la familia en la gestión de la empresa y poca preparación para el proceso de sucesión en la empresa familiar. Para disminuir el riesgo de fragmentación se selecciona estrategias que permitan vincular a la familia empresaria con la actividad productiva de la empresa y la interacción de la familia con el entorno de la empresa. | es_ES |
