| Abstract: | El presente proyecto integrador se desarrolló en el comercial Super Mega blanquita, ubicado en la provincia de Tungurahua, cantón Píllaro y tuvo como finalidad diseñar un sistema de control de inventarios, para cumplir con este objetivo fue necesario diagnosticar la situación actual de la entidad a través de una entrevista y una encuesta aplicada a los responsables del manejo y control de los inventarios. También se identificó los riesgos presentes mediante un check list y se procedió a dar soluciones. Además se evidenció la necesidad de implementar un manual que contenga políticas, procedimientos y funciones para sus empleados. Debido a que es importante que una empresa cuente con un manual que le permita guiar a sus colaboradores con respecto a los procesos adecuados que deben tener y a su vez permita una mejor administración de los inventarios. Para todo esto se tomó en cuenta las necesidades del comercial y el giro del negocio. El beneficio del proyecto realizado se evidenciará en la disminución de problemas como: la pérdida, caducidad y abastecimiento de productos. Por ende también permitirá tener un mayor control en las entradas y salidas del inventario. |
| Description: | The present integrating project was developed in the Super Mega Blanquita commercial, located in the province of Tungurahua, Píllaro canton and had the purpose of designing an inventory control system, to meet this objective it was necessary to diagnose the current situation of the entity through of an interview and a survey applied to those responsible for the management and control of inventories. The risks present were also identified through a Check list and solutions were provided. In addition, the need to implement a manual that contains policies, procedures and functions for its employees was evidenced. Because it is important that a company has a manual that allows it to guide its collaborators with respect to the appropriate processes that they must have and in turn allows better inventory management. For all this, the needs of the commercial and the line of business were taken into account. The benefit of the project carried out will be evident in the reduction of problems such as: loss, expiration and supply of products. Therefore, it will also allow greater control of inventory inputs and outputs. |
