| Zusammenfassung: | La investigación se realizó en el marco del análisis del retorno a la presencialidad del personal docente y administrativo dentro de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato. La investigación contempla la perspectiva frente al retorno a las actividades presenciales. Así mismo, la investigación trata los factores que condicionan el regreso a la presencialidad. Las normas de bioseguridad que pretenden crear un espacio seguro para el desarrollo de las actividades académicas. El impacto emocional que causó la pandemia entre la comunidad universitaria y como se refleja en el proceso del aprendizaje. Se caracteriza al personal administrativo y docente en la nueva presencialidad con temas sobre la salud mental, los riesgos y desafíos que deben enfrentar. En medio de la nueva presencialidad es importante hablar sobre los factores personales, psicosociales y psicológicos que favorezcan al ambiente laboral del personal administrativo, docente y de servicio de la facultad. |
| Beschreibung: | The research was carried out within the framework of the analysis of the return to face-to-face teaching and administrative staff within the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato. The research contemplates the perspective against the return to face-to-face activities. Likewise, the research deals with the factors that condition the return to attendance. Biosafety regulations that aim to create a safe space for the development of academic activities. The emotional impact caused by the pandemic among the university community and how it is reflected in the learning process. The administrative and teaching staff are characterized in the new face-to-face with topics on mental health, the risks and challenges they must face. In the midst of the new presence it is important to talk about the personal, psychosocial and psychological factors that favor the work environment of the administrative, teaching and service staff of the faculty. |
