La ilustración como herramienta para el reconocimiento de personajes ilustres de la ciudad, dirigido a estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Ambato

Abstract

The objective of this project is to develop illustrations that help children in the sixth and seventh year of basic education of the Unidad Educativa Ambato to learn more about the illustrious characters of the city, all this in order to maintain that part of our cultural identity alive in the new generations, who due to different factors have been losing interest in these important figures. It is proposed to use a style completely inspired by the tastes of the students, in this way to attract their attention and generate interest in knowing a part of the history of these characters, in a more didactic and entertaining way, where the illustrations complement the texts recreating scenes in a way that children understand reading better, thus also helping them in their academic training, reinforcing their knowledge in the area of social studies.
