| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad poner en práctica los conocimientos recibidos durante todo el ciclo académico y así dar a conocer los protocolos de seguridad turística en la práctica de rafting en el cantón baños de agua santa dando uso a las redes sociales que gracias a su alcance mundial se puede llegar a viajeros que estén interesados en este deporte. El mismo que es detallado metodológicamente con los diferentes tipos de investigación los recursos materiales que se implementará, paraconocer los criterios de expertos certificados en la práctica de rafting y de turistas quehan vivido esta experiencia, o que desean vivirla con información obtenida de encuestas plasmadas mediante estadísticas para obtener un análisis conciso y así dar solución al problema estudiado.
