| Resumen : | La investigación desarrollada fue “La deserción escolar y el plan educativo Covid-19 del Ministerio de Educación en tiempo de pandemia, en la unidad educativa “Fray Jacinto Dávila” del cantón Mera”. La metodología fue de enfoque cualitativo al analizar la bibliografía y documentación; y cuantitativo porque reúne y analiza datos medibles; la modalidad que se aplicó es documental porque se realizó la revisión bibliográfica; y de campo porque recoge datos reales de la población investigada; la información se recopiló mediante la técnica encuesta y su instrumento el cuestionario, la cual se aplicó a 10 docentes tutores de la institución, y la observación mediante cuadros descriptivos. Los resultados de esta investigación son: en el primer capítulo se desarrolló la fundamentación teórica y los antecedentes de la investigación; el segundo capítulo menciona la metodología utilizada, se detalla el método, materiales y recursos; el tercer capítulo refleja los resultados del instrumento aplicado a la población. Las conclusiones de la investigación determinaron que en la institución educativa el 20% de los estudiantes abandonaron sus estudios en el primer año de la pandemia del Covid-19 y la principal causa de la deserción es el factor económico; el plan educativo ha permitido la participación y autonomía institucional, sin embargo, no así en el desarrollo curricular, interdisciplinariedad, orientaciones metodológicas, refuerzo académico, acción tutorial y evaluación. Finalmente, los resultados de la investigación recogen datos reales sobre la situación actual de la unidad educativa sobre el abandono educativo y el funcionamiento del plan educativo Covid-19 que está expuesto en el presente informe. |
| Descripción : | The research developed was “The school dropout and Covid-19 educational plan of the Ministry of Education in pandemic time, in the educational unit “Fray Jacinto Dávila” Mera district from Pastaza province”. The methodology was a qualitative approach when analyzing the bibliography and documentation; and quantitative methodology because it collects and analyses measurable data; the modality that was applied is documentary because the bibliographic review was done; and field because it collects actual data from the researched population; the information was collected through a survey technique and its instrument a questionnaire, which was applied to 10 tutors teacher from the institution, and the observation throughout descriptive sections. The results of this research are: the first chapter developed the theoretical basis and the background of the research; the second chapter mentions the methodology used, details the method, materials and resources; the third chapter reflects the results of the instrument applied to the participants. The research findings found that in the educational institution 20% of the students left their studies in the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic and the main cause of the desertion is the economic factor; the educational plan has allowed for participation and institutional autonomy, however, not in curriculum development, interdisciplinary, methodological orientations, academic reinforcement, tutorial action and evaluation. Finally, the results of the research gather real data on the current situation of the educational unit on the abandonment of education and the functioning of the Covid-19 educational plan set out in this report. |
