| Abstract: | La presente investigación se desarrolló con el propósito de analizar las emociones presentadas por los docentes y como estas afectan o mejorar su proceso de enseñanza, así como también en las interrelaciones que tienen dentro del ámbito educativo. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo bibliográfica – documental pues se indagó información de libros, revistas, tesis y sitios web para el análisis correspondiente; la modalidad fue de campo ya que se recogió la información directamente de los sujetos investigados en el lugar de los hechos; los niveles fueron exploratoria porque el fenómeno es poco estudiado y la cercanía del investigador con los sujetos de estudio, descriptiva porque se explica la realidad de la situación y las características de las variables; los enfoques son cualitativo que permitió analizar los datos, hechos y características de los sujetos de investigación y mixto que facilito el estudio de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Los resultados finales aclaran que los docentes tienen amplio conocimiento acerca de las emociones y el manejo de estas, del mismo modo se evidenció que existe baja incidencia de las emociones en el desempeño académico docente. |
| Description: | This research was developed with the purpose of analyzing the emotions presented by teachers and how they affect or improve their teaching process, as well as the interrelationships they have within the educational field. The methodology used was of a bibliographic - documentary type, since information from books, magazines, theses and websites was investigated for the corresponding analysis; The modality was field since the information was collected directly from the investigated subjects at the scene; the levels were exploratory because the phenomenon is little studied and the closeness of the researcher with the study subjects, descriptive because the reality of the situation and the characteristics of the variables are explained; The approaches are qualitative that allowed to analyze the data, facts and characteristics of the research subjects and mixed that facilitated the study of qualitative and quantitative data. The final results clarify that teachers have extensive knowledge about emotions and their management, in the same way it was evidenced that there is a low incidence of emotions in teacher academic performance. |
