| Abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo fundamentar científicamente la relación que existe entre el Autoconcepto y la Motivación de logro de los estudiantes de primero, segundo y tercer semestre de la carrera de Psicopedagogía de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la Educación de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato”. Del cantón Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua. Mediante la aplicación de una encuesta dirigida a 92 estudiantes, comprendidos en primer semestre con 31 estudiantes, 30 estudiantes en segundo semestre y 31 estudiantes en tercer semestre de la carrera de Psicopedagogía. El enfoque y nivel de investigación corresponde a exploratorio, descriptivo y correlacional. Los resultados evidencian una relación positiva entre el Autoconcepto y Motivación del logro al obtener 144,079 en el estadístico Chi- cuadrado. A partir del análisis cuidadoso y procedimental se elabora conclusiones y recomendaciones, en la que los docentes apliquen una metodología de trabajo basada en reconocimiento a los estudiantes por trabajos eficaces y trabajar en la auto valoración en la técnica del Autoconcepto para que los estudiantes se vean Motivados en logro al trabajar en su círculo académico |
| Description: | This research work aims to scientifically ground the relationship between self-concept and achievement motivation of first, second and third semester students of the Human Sciences and Education Faculty of the Technical University of Ambato". From the canton of Ambato, province of Tungurahua Through the application of a survey directed to 92 students, included in the first semester with 31 students, 30 students in the second semester and 31 students in the third semester of the Psychopedagogy career. The focus and level of research corresponds to exploratory, descriptive and correlational. The results show a positive relationship between Self-Concept and Motivation of achievement by obtaining 144,079 in the Chi-square statistic. From the careful and procedural analysis, conclusions and recommendations are elaborated, in which the teachers apply a work methodology based on recognition to the students for effective works and work in the self evaluation in the technique of the Self-concept so that the students are motivated in achievement when working in their academic circle |
