| Abstract: | La investigación aborda el tema gastronómico y turístico planteando el tema la oferta gastronómica y la corriente turística que visita en cantón Cevallos, con el fin de determinar las motivaciones de turistas/visitantes para desplazarse a un lugar específico. La palabra gastronomía la asociamos con alimentación sin embargo en la actualidad este término hace referencia que más que una necesidad básica, se convierte en un placer, haciendo de la cocina un arte, destacando sus maneras de preparación y presentación. No obstante, el turismo y la gastronomía son dos grandes aspectos que coadyuban para el crecimiento de diferentes sectores; el turismo es un motor de desarrollo socioeconómico de una localidad, cantón, provincia o país. Por otro lado, la gastronomía cada vez es más considerada como un patrimonio esencial para el desarrollo del turismo, porque sin duda alguna conocer y degustar la cocina local se considera una experiencia cultural realmente agradable. Por lo expuesto anteriormente se ha planteado como propuesta la creación de una página web en la que podremos encontrar los establecimientos de restauración representativos del cantón junto con sus platillos íconos, la misma que se podrá colgar en la página web o en la red social del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Cevallos. De esta manera se contribuye al sector gastronómico y por ende turístico de la zona de estudio |
| Description: | The research is about the topic of gastronomy and tourism proposing the topic of the gastronomic offer and the tourist current that visits in the Cevallos town, in order to determine the motivations of tourists visiting a specific place. We associate the topic of gastronomy with food, but nowadays this term refers to the fact that IS more than a basic need, it becomes a pleasure, making cooking an art, highlighting its ways of preparation and presentation. Nevertheless, tourism and gastronomy are two great aspects that contribute to the growth of different sectors; tourism is an engine of socioeconomic development of a locality, canton, province or country. On the other hand, gastronomy is more and more considered as an essential heritage for the development of tourism, because without any doubt knowing and tasting the local cuisine is considered a really pleasant cultural experience. For this reason, a proposal has been made to create a gastronomic guide in which we can find the representative restaurants of Cevallos along with their iconIC dishes. This guide can be found on the web page or on the social network of the municipality. In this way it contributes to the gastronomic and therefore tourist sector of the study area |
