Efecto de la GnRH sintética sobre la calidad del semen criopreservado diluido con dos productos comerciales, de carneros criollos alimentados con Medicago sativa contaminada

Abstract

The purpose of the present investigation was to evaluate the effect of synthetic GnRH on the quality of cryopreserved semen in 0.5 ml straws, diluted with commercial products, raw meat fed with 70% of Medicago sativa contaminated with Pseudopezisa medicaginis. The treatments are distributed according to the following: G0D1: only semen diluted with Triladyl obtained from types that do not receive GnRH; G0D2: Semen diluted with Andromed from sheep that did not receive GnRH; G1D1: twodose GnRH-treated cartridges diluted with Triladyl; G1D2: semen from animals treated with GnRH at two doses diluted with Andromed; G2D1: Semen from animals treated with GnRH in alternative doses diluted with Triladyl; G2D2: Semen from animals treated with GnRH in alternative doses diluted with Andromed. It works with 36 experimental units with different commercial diluents. Starting to evaluate 108 sheep straws in total. The work will be carried out through a completely random design in a 3 * 2 factorial arrangement with 6 repetitions. Statistical analyzes were carried out using a variance analysis and a comparison of the average treatment with a 5% Tukey test using the statistical program. The following variables were analyzed: mass motility (MMSL), individual progressive motility (MIP), osmotic resistance (HOST), sperm morphology (MRF), sperm concentration (CONC) and acrosome integrity. The variables that showed differences between treatments: massive motility (MMSL), progressive individual motility (MIP), acrosomatic integrity and osmotic resistance (HOST).
