El Data MINING y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones del Catastro de establecimientos sujetos a Vigilancia Sanitaria y los Permisos de Funcionamiento emitidos por la Dirección Provincial de Salud de Cotopaxi

Abstract

RESUMEN La investigación sobre “El Data MINING y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones del Catastro de establecimientos sujetos a Vigilancia Sanitaria y los Permisos de Funcionamiento emitidos por la Dirección Provincial de Salud de Cotopaxi.”, tiene como objetivo general Implementar el Data MINING para la toma de decisiones del Catastro de establecimientos y la emisión de los Permisos de Funcionamiento por parte de la Dirección Provincial de Salud de Cotopaxi. El problema radica en la dificultad de la entrega oportuna y a tiempo de información gerencial del catastro de establecimientos para la correcta toma de decisiones, esto se da debido a que los tiempos de respuesta para obtener información son muy largos por el gran volumen de datos que se maneja, ya que los mismos se encuentran dispersos y en base de datos independientes y así eventualmente predecir procesos para realizar una buena toma de decisiones. Con esta investigación se plantea una solución a estos problemas dando respuestas y prioridades a la emisión de permisos de funcionamiento, en tiempo real a cada uno de los usuarios de la Dirección Provincial de Salud de Cotopaxi. ABSTRACT The research of “Data MINING and its incidence to take decisions of register of establishments under sanitary vigilance and the performance permissions provided by the Health Provincial Leadership of Cotopaxi, it has as general objective To implement the Data MINING to take decisions in the registration of establishments and the emission of performance permission by the Health Provincial Leadership of Cotopaxi. The biggest difficult is the delivery on time of the general information of the establishments registration to take the best decisions, it is produced because the answer time to get information is very long due to the large volume of data are handled, these ones are scattered and according the independent data and predict processes to get good decisions. With this investigating work a solution is proposed to these troubles giving answers and priorities to the emission of performance permission, in a real time for each user of Health Provincial Leadership of Cotopaxi
