| Abstract: | El presente proyecto de investigación analiza la innovación y desarrollo en el sector calzado localizado en el cantón Cevallos, provincia del Tungurahua con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia en la calidad y productividad de procesos y producto final obtenido, siendo de gran importancia para cumplir con las necesidades requeridas por sus clientes y seguir manteniéndose como líder en la comercialización de calzado. La situación del sector fue analizada en un contexto internacional, nacional, y provincial continuando con el estudio de sus respectivas variables del caso relacionándola con la problemática de la investigación Dentro de la investigación se realizaron 2 modelos de encuestas, una de estas gracias a la colaboración de las organizaciones: Aprocalza y Calzafince fue aplicada a 26 socios siendo esta la totalidad de población de productores, mientras que para los clientes debido al gran número de su población se procedió a obtener una muestra de 376 personas aplicándolas de una forma aleatoria, respuestas que fueron de gran importancia para la obtención de datos muy necesarios para la investigación. |
| Description: | The present research project analyzes the innovation and development in the footwear sector located in the canton Cevallos, province of Tungurahua with the objective of determining the impact on the quality and productivity of processes and final product obtained, being of great importance to comply with the needs required by its customers and continue to be a leader in the commercialization of footwear. The situation of the sector was analyzed in an international, national, and provincial context, continuing with the study of their respective variables of the case, relating it to the problem of research. Within the investigation, 2 survey models were carried out, one of these thanks to the collaboration of the organizations: Aprocalza and Calzafince was applied to 26 partners, this being the total population of producers, while for the clients due to the large number of their population, we proceeded to obtain a sample of 376 people applying them in a random way, answers that were of great importance for obtaining much needed data for the investigation. |
