Abstract: The present investigation through the clinical case analysis is based on a "PARAPARESIA AS A CONSEQUENCY OF LAMINECTOMY IN THE VERTEBRA L4" of a year of evolution in an adult male of 40 years of age. The paraparesis was presented appearance how consequence of the involvement of the arachnoid membrane, one of which covers the spinal cord, caused by the bacterium Enterobacter sp, which was disseminated from a source of infection of the urinary tract through the bloodstream. The paraparesis presented by the patient More of the damage due to bacterial invasion is complicated by several factors that contributed to its progression: initially the inadequate diagnosis of pathology, failure to comply with the hospital care protocol in the presence of suspicion of a spinal cord. Mistrust on the part of the patient and his / her relatives in the MSP's. The pilgrimage by several health service centers with contradictory criteria on the specific treatment, as well as inadequate physiotherapeutic care. After the clinical case analysis and according to the needs of the patient, a physiotherapeutic treatment program is proposed to help the patient in their recovery from neurological deficit.
