Abstract

Summary: This research work it has carried out due to the great need to change the traditional paradigm with which it has been providing Language Arts Education Center “Giovanni Pascoli " in which teachers are responsible only to transmit their knowledge and that students are passive recipients of this . This research of educational development that is framed with the theme " MOTIVATION IN THE CLASSROOM AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE AREA interlining LANGUAGE ARTS STUDENTS OF SCHOOLS " GIOVANNI PASCOLI " MENA PARISH OF TWO , CANTON QUITO Pichincha Province " ; main objective is to ensure that teachers take to motivation as a necessary and indispensable strategy in the classroom to develop skills in their students, arousing interest in the subject classes where mutual learning is dynamic and representative. The motivation should be seen as a daily tool for getting students ready to be each day immersed in knowledge without losing the desire to interact in class and be partakers of his own knowledge
