    La evaluación formativa en el proceso de formación académica del estudiante de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca

    The present research and development work has as main objective to analyze the application of the formative evaluation in the academic training of students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Catholic University of Cuenca, for the effect were established two hypotheses that were tested in A function of a correlational analysis of the results obtained in four of the questions raised in the data collection instrument, the result of which led to the acceptance of the alternative hypothalamus, conclusions were reached based on the results obtained and the objectives set, Which in turn establish the importance of the application of formative evaluation through the proper use of evaluation tools, a process that allows the teacher to approach their educational practice in solving problems associated with the generation of knowledge gaps in the moment In which the process is carried out and ductile, thus producing a feedback the process of teaching learning in benefit of the student's academic training, which in turn must be characterized by its integrality evaluating knowledge, skills and attitudes. Reference is also made to the importance of issuing qualitative criteria that motivate students to improve their academic performance. It promotes the application of formative evaluation processes that promote fellowship, group work, problem solving around a content or situation, characterizing this process as vital in the projection of students in the professional field of Health, that a future will be part of multidisciplinary teams of the medical field The formative evaluation is applied in the Faculty of Medicine of the Catholic University of Cuenca by the teachers in benefit of the students, based on the achievement of the learning results of the profile of career egress.

    This work is an investigation that studies the relationship of evaluation techniques and instruments used in formative assessment and are used by teachers of School of Basic Education Media Hector Lara, According to this research it is established that teachers do not relate the formative evaluation, with the techniques and instruments of evaluation and that continue to keep the traditional evaluation (written, oral) this to percussion to that there are no motivations for the students when applying the evaluations; it is evident in the teachers the little time to be updated in new methodologies of evaluation and application of new techniques.

    “La formación académica y su incidencia en el educador laico de la Parroquia Eclesiástica “San Jacinto de Izamba de la ciudad de Ambato, Provincia de Tungurahua”.

    El tema tiene por objetivo analizar la importancia de la Formación Académica en el Educador Laico, la investigación aplicada en este trabajo es de tipo Exploratorio, que posee una metodología flexible permite familiarizarse al investigador con el fenómeno u objeto de estudio, es descriptiva y posee un nivel de medición precisa, una vez detectado el problema por el investigador por medio del diálogo y la observación directa en la Parroquia Izamba se procedió a la elaboración del marco teórico, con la investigación bibliográfica en los libros, revistas, folletos, e internet que sirvieron de soporte técnico y académico en la formulación de las categorías fundamentales para luego desglosar en las constelaciones de ideas constituyéndose en un verdadero soporte bibliográfico. Requiere de conocimientos suficientes, clasifica comportamientos según ciertos criterios; caracteriza a una comunidad y distribuye datos de variables consideradas aisladamente. La metodología utilizada para alcanzar los objetivos es la estadística que toma como universo de estudio a los formadores laicos de la Parroquia, así como también los catequistas, con la ayuda de la tecnología a través del aula virtual, estadísticas como son las encuestas. Realizadas todas estas actividades se vio la necesidad de aplicar la propuesta del Diseño del Aula Virtual para aplicar a en la Formación de los Servidores Laicos, para de esta forma preparar a los servidores laicos en todos los ejes de la formación cristiana: Cognitivo, Procedimental y Actitudinal.
