At present, quality of life is composed of two objective and subjective factors that are essential to address since they are understood from eight dimensions that will be markedwithin this research, also taking into account the problem to highlight as it is domestic violence that remains in force all the time and therefore affects society itself. Therefore, for this research it is important to work with a quantitative approach in order to achieve more accurate results, while the line of research worked on will be that of social inclusion and exclusion from the perspective of Social Work, so it will be known in depth if the population feels satisfied with their quality of life and if they have felt threatened by any act of violence. This type of acts are often considered normal because in many occasions patterns of violence are repeated from parents to children, which creates conflict inside and outside the home, on the other hand, parents are involved in a cycle of not ending the violence and therefore their quality of life is in decline. Therefore, it is important to socialize this type of issues from the family nucleus so that the change starts from within to achieve it with the rest of society.

The focus of this research work is focused on the scientific, social, cultural, health, political, legal and practical field of the public health problem, such as intra-family violence, a phenomenon that seriously threatens the development of the personality of the members of the nucleus. family and society in general. Hence, the objective of the study is aimed at the critical legal analysis of psychological violence against women or members of the family nucleus, in order to establish factors that affect the justiciability of the right to personal integrity. The more that the increase in the percentage of cases of domestic violence worries us at the present time.The subject is totally alarming, being necessary to try from the academy in search ofeffective solutions that lead to overcoming the supposed differences between genderand overcoming social exclusion, fundamentally in the creation of a culture of peace where patriarchy has no place and women are seen with equal rights and dignity. For this reason, the need for this investigative work to sensitize the population as a whole, under the constitutional precepts of physical, psychological and moral integrity, the right to live a dignified life free of violence. Well, the consequences of ill-treatment affect the health of the person who suffers it and that causes physical, psychological and even emotional disorders, where the victim loses his confidence and self-esteem, obstructing the possibilities of personal improvement. In the investigative process, a qualitative approach was applied as a methodology through the study of the contextual reality of the problem, through the types of documentary, correlational and case studies, subject to the line of research on fundamental rights, supported by the legal system Ecuador and international, historical background, theoretical foundations and practical results. Dimensions that at the end of this work have allowed to express criteria based on the results of the surveys applied based on theory, also, it was provided with suggestions of state, academic, judicial and legal order to combat all forms of gender violence.

The present research aims to determine "the socioeconomic conditions and the satisfaction of basic family needs of the caregiver of people with severe disabilities, beneficiaries of the Joaquin Gallegos Lara voucher of the 18D04 Health District of the Pelileo-Patate Canton." It is important to know if the economic aid that he receives is enough to satisfy his basic needs of the family, how he manages the money he receives, and also that the socioeconomic conditions do not refer only to the economic situation, being vital to cover basic needs; but also to the physical, mental, emotional and social part of the caregiver and his family, manifesting in the caregivers, overload, hardness in the management of relationships with family members, fatigue, depression, person with severe disability, which does not allow him to have a stable living condition. The methodology that was used in the investigative process was the correlational one, which allowed to measure the relationship between the two variables: the independent and the dependent, through the data obtained through the survey it was possible to know the different situations that the caregivers live of people with severe disability within their family and society. Through the application of the survey to caregivers of people with disabilities, it was possible to obtain truthful information to carry out the proposal and to know the socioeconomic conditions and their influence on the satisfaction of basic family needs. As a result of the research, the following proposal is proposed: Designing Social Intervention Strategies for caregivers and family members of severely disabled persons who are beneficiaries of the Joaquin Gallegos Lara Bonus from the 18D04 health district of the Pelileo - Patate canton, in order to find the Well-being of the family, working with the technical team, to improve their living conditions
