    The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of disability on the labor insertion of graduates of the Technical University of Ambato. The labor inclusion of people with disabilities continues to be a challenge in Ecuador, and particularly in the university context, where many graduates face structural barriers that limit their full access to the world of work. This research was developed under a quantitative approach and used as an instrument a questionnaire of 25 questions, applied to a population of 25 graduates with disabilities. The analysis covered sociodemographic variables and key dimensions such as policy, learning management, professional competencies, communication competencies, and labor supply. The results reflect that 80% of the respondents are at medium or low levels of labor insertion (8% Low and 72% Medium), which shows a still limited integration process. Although a critical level 18 not observed, the predominance of the medium level suggests that labor insertion 1s under construction and conditioned by multiple factors. During the discussion, barriers were identified such as the poor preparation of the business environment, the absence of effective integration programs and the disconnect between the inclusive legal framework and its practical application. Finally, it 1s concluded that disability significantly influences the labor insertion of UTA graduates. This 1s confirmed through the perception of the respondents and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.746, which indicates a strong relationship between both variables.

    Every year the Technical University of Ambato provides new graduates of the communication career, all in search of the same objective to start their working life as soon as possible, in an increasingly interconnected world there are various knowledge and expertise in digital communication that seek the companies at the time of hiring. It is for this reason that the present research aims to determine the expertise in digital communication that the new UTA communicators have for their job placement, and also seeks to evaluate the estimated time it takes for new graduates to enter the labor field at the same time. as well as analyzing the main specific competencies that they provide in the workplace, as well as relating the factors that have contributed the most to academic training. The methodology used for this research is mixed, since it will help us to qualitatively and quantitatively understand the information received and processed by the new graduates. Obtaining conclusions that the level of expertise that the new communicators have is medium, with an approximate job insertion of less than a year where the skills that stand out the most are digital marketing, multimedia production and other digital skills.

    This research aimed to identify the types of labor insertion of Social Work professionals, for this a quantitative approach has been applied, with a type of field research, descriptive level, cross-sectional, in which the methods have been applied. synthetic and inductive, whose sample was made up of 60 professionals graduated from the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato to whom the data collection instrument represented by a survey was applied, comprised of 38 items, comprising six (6) dimensions related to labor insertion. The most relevant results denote that 50% of those surveyed have expressed that they work in their field of work, 40% assure that they are very satisfied with respect to their salary, 60% assure that the ability to adapt is very useful and in terms of the process. of job placement, the respondents state that there are some factors to get a job of which it has been determined that 66.7% report that the main factor is lack of experience. It is concluded that the types of labor insertion of Social Work professionals have been identified, determining that they are mediated by employment exchanges, friend or family recommendation and social networks, in addition, the areas in which Social Work professionals are located have been determined. , confirming that a significant number work in their field of work and the working conditions of Social Work professionals have been defined, corroborating that a significant number work in jobs under a dependency relationship.

    The reinstall labor is a process that involves every action that it's tendency is to better the conditions and labor opportunities that gives the people that are deprive of their freedom, so that way they can have access to a job once they recover their freedom, lowering the risk of rejoin in the criminality. The society plays a great important role for this people that they have been deprived of their freedom for many reasons, they can rejoin in the labor community to make money the honest way, without the nesecity to steal in our society or their families. To the development of this investigation. We have used existence bibliographic data using books, and the existents Laws of every country, this contains information of the labor rejoinment, and the delinquency rejoinment, the information that it has been studied it calls Modalidad de Campo because it comes from an specific area with the finality that this data is true and real so we can give a resolution for this people. Once we analize the results, it has to be determinated if it has to be reinforce to the labor capacity that this people receive in prisons. In Ambato city those opportunities they teach while they are inmades and often while they have finish their sentence. For this proposal they have to establish a program and orientation that goes with the labor existence of our city, determinating the way of execution, evaluation and the efectivity of this program.
