Item Caracterización de las variables en emprendimientos innovadores, a partir de las competencias cognitivas en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2018-10) Cajamarca Guanga, Patricia Alexandra; Fiallos Oña, Adriana Paulina; Hurtado Yugcha, Jacqueline Del PilarThe preoccupation of the Universities for generating innovative undertakings at the present time is a very complicated task, for which it is necessary to start from a scenario of teaching of cognitive competences that can stimulate the undertakings. The Technical University of Ambato has 42 careers and a number of students of 14222 students, 1147 teachers and 875 administrative and service servers. The Faculty of Administrative Sciences has two careers, 1084 students in total. The purpose of the research was to characterize the variables in innovative undertakings, based on cognitive skills in the students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. The study had theoretical and empirical methods, the approach was quantitative. The exploratory, descriptive and correlational design; the study population 1084 and a sample of 284 students from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences was taken. The technique for data collection was the survey whose instrument (questionnaire) consisted of 11 items. Theresults with the greatest impact were: the students do not know about undertakings carried out in the faculty, the teachers do not motivate to generate innovations, the knowledge imparted is not in accordance with the needs of the sector and the close relationship that exists between the ventures and the competences is perceived cognitive factors in an average of 0.545 according to the Pearson correlation coefficient. It has been suggested an administrative management model based on cognitive skills that contribute to increase the rate of innovative endeavors in the faculty by students.Item Una aproximación al impacto de las prácticas pre profesionales de formación académica en el desarrollo profesional de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-11) Criollo Paucar, Álvaro Giovanni; Soria Carrillo, Manuel RobertoThe Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato has been dedicated to train professionals graduates of Business Administration and Marketing and Business Management engineers, the present study studies the approach to the impact of the pre professional practices of academic formation in the professional development of students, which every student must perform as a prerequisite to obtaining a university degree. Therefore, the research focuses on identifying possible problems at the time of the realization of the pre-professional practices of academic training, which are extremely important for the student as they provide a vision of the future real world of work in which they will develop. Thanks to the field research, it was possible to demonstrate with the survey applied to the students that there are problems associated with the accomplishment of the pre professional practices of academic formation as they are the ignorance of where to realize them, causing a delay when starting with the process of In addition, the students and institutions identified that the knowledge acquired so far should be reinforced, suggesting training or focusing on certain topics. The suggested alternatives are focused on solving the aforementioned problems with socialization on pre-professional academic training practices between public and private institutions, students, companies to seek mutually beneficial agreements of the group mentioned and the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, besides emphasizing in the topics of theoretical - practical knowledge to be strengthened.Item Modelo de gestión por procesos de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The present research project consists of theoretical and methodological basis for the management by processes that allows to optimize the time in the activities carried out by the administrative personnel, teachers to appointment, teachers to contract and service personnel. The results obtained in the field research applied to the members of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences identified the need to implement a process-based management model that allows us to make the right decisions that lead to achieve the proposed objectives and fully fulfill them as a higher education institution. University Council No. 804-CU-P, become the Faculty of Engineering in Systems, Electronics and Industrial in order to satisfy the need to train new professionals. The present research aims to determine and quantify the existing demand for the creation of two new graduate programs: Master in Telecommunications and Master in Software mention Quality, in the Faculty of Systems, Electronics and Industrial Engineering of the Technical University of Ambato, Since it is necessary to study the productive reality of zone 3 of Ecuador. The main results obtained from the research are the problems that would have potential customers to access the programs, with limited economic resources being the main constraint. Another important aspect is the workload at weekends, a situation that bothers some of the professionals. Based on the results obtained shows that the demand for professionals of the two areas, it is very important for companies; as a result the institution of higher education must choose to implement programs of master's degree in Telecommunications and Software mention quality respectively. Due to the need to use management and organizational growth tools for Higher Education Institutions (IES), the main purpose of the research was to design a self-evaluation model for the quality of careers with accreditation fines, based on an analysis of The eight best models applied in Europe and America, contrasted the main components to determine the essential results in the academic excellence and therefore to be part of the proposed model. In the development of qualitative research, 485 bibliographic sources of primary information have been systematically collected and analyzed, which base the proposal of the six functions applied in the model. In the University management function (112), teaching (54), student progress (34), university facilities (134), research (46) and university social transcendence (105). The strategic axes of university management that are proposed after the analysis refers to six: University Management, Teaching, Student Progress, University Facilities, Research and Social Transcendence University, information distributed in 12 areas, 28 characteristics, 111 quality standards, 188 Indicators and 937 evidence, validated through evaluations and documented documentation issued by 28 qualified informants.Item La Demanda Académica en la Zona 3 como Elemento Determinante en el Mercado Ocupacional: Caso Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-01) Espín Paredes, Erika Vanessa; Rubio Flores, Diego Francisco; Quisimalín Santamaría, Hernán MauricioThe Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the Technical University of Ambato trains professionals in the areas of business administration and marketing, which aims to meet the demand for professionals capable, competent and ethical occupational market. Therefore, the study is conducted on academic demand in Zone 3 as a determining factor in the occupational market: case Faculty of Administrative Sciences, where occupational factors professional is determined in management and marketing, examining in the context of needs and from different perspectives, if companies in general are satisfied or not with staffing. The results obtained perceive has increased the level of training and is improving labor supply. It also identifies that there is a level of dissatisfaction with the supply of labor in terms of formal education, though not in skills and expertise, where the level of dissatisfaction reaches a third of the companies that participated in the study. Experience is another of the points addressed in the investigation because companies value the prior introduction to the working world. Thus the proposal generates an analysis of the professional profile of students in order to ensure graduates and / or graduates of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the Technical University adequate training and education according to the demand of the labor market.Item Estudio de necesidad social y demanda para programas de posgrado en la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas, Universidad Técnica de Ambato.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. For this reason he has done a study that supports the social need and demand for the creation of new graduate programs and in turn the improvement of others where it is evident the need of the same and interest to follow a master's degree, generating enough information that added Complementary requirements will ensure the successful management and approval of the study and program. Sometiendo todos los esfuerzos posibles para lograr que los sectores socio productivos de la zona central del país estén conscientes de los beneficios que lleva tener un profesional de mercadotecnia en sus empresas tanto pública como privada, no obstante de la misma forma tratar de que la teoría y la práctica se unifiquen con el fin de llegar a que los estudiantes sean profesionales capaces de tomar decisiones en cualquier situación laboral. Se ha llegado al conjugar las teorías que se ha investigado y sabiendo que la teoría no es suficiente para el desarrollo profesional de los estudiantes, se determina según el ceaaces que las instituciones de educación superior son responsables de crear los distintos mecanismos que ayuden a la comunidad universitaria en su inserción laboral, de tal manera que el desarrollo del país sea constante y pegado a la realidad nacional territorial. Por consiguiente se propone crear la unidad de cartera de empleo estudiantil capaz de ayudar a que los estudiantes y el mercado laboral satisfagan sus necesidades ofreciendo profesionales de éxito. De esta manera concluimos que los estudiantes no deberían ser muy técnicos sino más bien mantener un equilibrio de la teoría y la práctica en sus actividades laborales y estos solo se lograra teniendo un adecuado proceso de prácticas pre profesionales o a su vez estudiantes que se encuentren en una vida laboral activa.Item "La Comunicación Interna y el acceso a los Servicios d los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas (FCADM)".(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Se constituye en un pilar fundamental para la formación de administradores profesionales capaces de generar proyectos, propuestas y alternativas de solución a los problemas sociales, económicos, administrativos y políticos de la provincia y del país. Se ha detectado un problema con respecto a la comunicación institucional ya que con los estudiantes es muy vaga, información confusa y todo lo que sucede no es conocido a su debido tiempo. Conjuntamente algo muy evidente es el desconocimiento acerca de los servicios que oferta la institución. A través de la investigación se logra determinar que la eficiencia de la comunicación depende de las autoridades y el trabajo en conjunto de todos que forman parte de la FCADM, la cual ha sido receptada a un tiempo no pertinente y que muchas de las ocasiones no se conocen su procedencia, y lograr determinar que la comunicación interna si incide en el acceso a los servicios estudiantiles. La propuesta es un plan de comunicación interna que pretende combinar las estrategias, conocimientos, y recursos ya adquiridos por la institución, para designar responsables que manejen y promuevan en tiempo oportuno la información con el propósito de llegar a todos los destinatarios interesados. Además de la selección de medios de comunicación, publico objetivo, tipo de información y actividades de mejora que se ejecute en la institución para poder dar una solución comunicacional efectiva.Item El Sistema de Gestión del Talento Humano y su incidencia en el Rendimiento Laboral de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato.(2013-11) Crisón Chávez, Paula ValeriaEl desarrollo de la presente investigación está estructurado por seis capítulos que se resumen a continuación: El capítulo I detalla el planteamiento del problema motivo de la investigación, describiendo a fondo sus causas y efectos, mismas que fueron la base para el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación. El capítulo II implica el fundamento legal, teórico e investigativo necesario para el diseño e implementación de la propuesta, para esto se gestiona la información de varios autores para así poder tener una perspectiva más amplia y determinar las categorías fundamentales de las variables tanto dependiente como independiente y definir la hipótesis. El capítulo III analiza la metodología en la que se enfoca la investigación, misma que es en su totalidad de campo, además se determina la población cobre la cual se aplicó las encuestas, y las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados para la recolección de datos. El capítulo IV detalla el análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos a través de las encuesta, estos resultados se muestran tanto en tablas como en gráficos para poder tener un mejor entendimiento de los mismos; estos resultados permiten la verificación de la hipótesis formulada en capítulos anteriores. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones resultantes de la investigación se plasman en el capítulo V, y fueron utilizadas como base para el diseño del sistema de gestión del talento humano propuesto. Para terminar, en el Capítulo VI, se desarrolla la propuesta planteada en la presente investigación, desde los datos informativos, antecedentes y justificación científica de la propuesta, dando lugar así al manual de gestión del talento humano.
