    La seguridad y salud ocupacional se ha transformado en un factor de relevancia a nivel global, esto en razón a la necesidad y obligatoriedad de proteger la integridad física y emocional de los trabajadores. En este orden de ideas, el presente proyecto de emprendimiento se enfoca en la producción y comercialización de overoles de trabajo elaborados con tela mezclilla. La razón de llevar a cabo el presente proyecto de emprendimiento se genera a partir de la necesidad de reducir el índice de accidentabilidad laboral causado por la insuficiente dotación de overoles de trabajo en las empresas productivas de la provincia, aportando así, de manera significativa a la seguridad y salud ocupacional de los trabajadores. Se empleó un método de análisis cuantitativo, que analizó la respuesta de 378 propietarios de empresas que desempeñan actividades industriales en la provincia, es conveniente aclarar, que se contó con una aceptación optima del producto. Se realizó un estudio técnico administrativo que permitió optimizar los recursos de la empresa. Finalmente, se llevó a cabo un estudio económico financiero, que determino la viabilidad y rentabilidad que presentará el proyecto. Con un mercado ya establecido y con el análisis de los respectivos estudios, se puede concluir que la disminución del índice de accidentabilidad laboral en el país es una constante en todas las empresas. Por consiguiente, las condiciones del mercado prestan las garantías necesarias para la elaboración y comercialización de overoles de seguridad industrial en la provincia

    The tanneries of Cantón Ambato are companies that for many years ago have been engaged in the production of leather for footwear, clothing and accessories, taffets, automotive upholstery and furniture for home and office. Creating various types of texture and colors adapting to the styles demanded by the current fashion, while time elapses, the production area of the same, has been improving and gradually evolving for which it has been necessary to introduce specialized industrial machinery and the human resource. This research work is aimed at analyzing and widely evaluating work harmony, as well as improving safety and industrial health conditions, in order to safeguard the lives of employees, provide a pleasant work environment and improve productivity in the company. The research was carried out through critical - propositive research in which bibliographic means were compared with the reality of the companies through the application of a questionnaire with structured questions that were able to demonstrate the existence of deficiencies to face the physical, chemical and biological risks in the workplace, in which human talent could suffer physical and psychological damage from exposure to noise and chemical elements that affect the health and well-being of the quality of working life. In order to finalize it was proposed to the problems found a Work Safety Risk Plan to mitigate the dangers to which the workers are exposed during their working day, this being a possible solution for the Curtiembres del Canton Ambato.

    Medición de la salud del trabajador del sector calzado en el cantón Cevallos

    The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of measuring the health and quality of life of the worker of the footwear sector of the Cevallos, for which the main variables that allowed to determine the level and the conditions in which the worker performs were analyzed. Currently there are around 180 craft workshops and 40 shoe stores, these use local raw materials and generate sources of work, becoming a great driver of economic development for the canton. The analysis and development of the human factor is vital for any organization, that is why the present research has as objective to analyze the health of workers in the footwear manufacturing sector, addressing the main topics on occupational health, first an analysis was made theoretical, identifying the dimensions: socio-demographic, physical and psychosocial risks, environment and the quality of life of the worker. Based on the field research, the application of the instrument can be applied to workers in all areas of footwear manufacturing companies, all of which allowed the collection of information to perform a statistical analysis to determine the occupational health status of the worker of footwear companies of the Cevallos canton. The results will allow employers to make decisions that serve to improve the health of employees and create an ergonomic, safe.

    Sistema de seguridad industrial para el Sector Metalmecánico Carrocero de la Zona 3

    In recent years, the issue of industrial safety has become more important and worrisome on the part of managers and government governments in the country due to the increase in accidents at work, this has caused serious consequences such as temporary, partial or even death of the worker, for the The company also represents a loss of economic order and production. According to the data issued by the National Chamber of Bodywork Manufacturers (CANFAC), in zone 3 of the country there are officially registered 24 bodies of which 19 of these are located in Ambato becoming the largest reference in the metal-mechanic bodybuilding sector of the country and that is why the Provincial Government of Tungurahua and the Ministry of Industries and Productivity created the Center for Productive Mechanical Metalworking Promotion for the support of entrepreneurs, promoting and promoting the quality of the national industry. For the investigation, historical data was taken from the Institute of Social Security (IESS) of work accidents in the manufacturing industry. As a result, comparative tables of annual accident increase were obtained, as well as surveys carried out in car body companies in zone 3 the same ones that showed as information that there is a significant number of work accidents within the companies, helping this information to carry out the risk indicators. Therefore, an assessment was made of the risks that are associated with workers' operations based on Ministerial Agreement No. MDT-2017-0135.

Companies are obliged to ensure the safety and protection of their employees, within this context we have the work clothes, which is not considered an expense but rather as an investment, it is impossible to predict when an accident will happen but at least it will decrease the magnitude of sinister The project has as justification to innovate the garment market with intelligent fiber work garments within the national market and local market, it seeks to create quality products with the required standards to safeguard and minimize risks within the work environment. In search of quantitative measurements 377 surveys have been excogitado, to the owners of the Pymes of the canton Ambato, with results of total acceptance within the selected market, thus the project will promote the productive matrix, increasing the confidence for new investments, through the technical study The planning and distribution of both the area and the staff has been achieved through the optimization of resources, and through the financial study the viability and positive profitability of the company were determined. With an attractive target market niche, the project will be called INTELITEX, with the slogan "Advice for your company", a company dedicated to the manufacture of quality products and which will also offer advice for companies according to the area of occupation, thus achieving an early positioning within the local market.

    We can observe that there are very few companies that work under a business model specifically the SMEs that are dedicated to making industrial safety equipment, so if companies develop a business model they will achieve good results such as good communication between departments, a satisfactory working environment and good attention both to customers and suppliers. Implements of Industrial Safety comprise all those devices, accessories and clothes of diverse designs that the worker employs to protect against possible injuries. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is one of the most basic safety concepts in the workplace and is necessary when hazards have not been completely eliminated or controlled by other means. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a major role in the development of all economies due to their relationship and impact on job creation, and economic growth. In this way, SMEs are directly related to economic development in all regions of the country. While analyzing the factors of economic growth are identified as responsible for large companies, in fact the results from the surveys indicate that growth depends to a large extent on the performance of their SMEs. We can conclude that most of the SME companies that are dedicated to making industrial safety equipment must develop the CANVAS business model which is in line with the activities and needs of each of the organizations

    The “Alhice” Electromechanics Industry is a company dedicated to the marketing and production of all kind of mixed furniture in metal and wood to be used at the office, educations institutions, doctor`s office and beauty`s salon. Its marketing is to national level, this industry has 40 years in the market whereby it needs to take actions that let it improve the industry´s productivity. Therefore, this investigation job is focus in the industrial security due this is the main cause because the productivity of the industry is affected. The data collected in this investigation was applied to the company’s personnel and this indicate that the application of the industrial security to improve the productivity of the company is required; due that in this moment this application and control has been in empirical way, namely because experience and functioning time. So the proposal of Industrial Security Plan is address to the standards application, regulations, to take care the integrity of the human resource and material resources, economical of the company, this increase the productivity that has been affect due this factor.

The problem was detected in this investigation, since there was no system of marketing information as a result there was a good sales management company, management could not take market areas decisions by not having the information needed to meet the current needs of enterprise customers, to improve service quality and offer a good product to maximize sales novice. The data produced by field research applied to external customers of the company show that it is important to improve aspects within the company to design a model of marketing information system in order to provide good customer service and product quality and in turn increase sales levels of the company. The implementation of a system of marketing information will help improve the administration of sales in the company, which in turn will increase sales levels, and allow management to make better marketing decisions as to develop strategies market growth.
