This investigation is focused on a rigorous analysis of the company, in which improvement measures that address the main shortcomings of the company, providing greater market competitiveness will be established. In turn, the research was conducted under a descriptive analysis and correlation, enabling it to implement and evaluate the data obtained from qualitative and quantitative, which has detected the most problematic factors for the company, reflecting a misallocation and transport orders that influence the market position of the company. Finally once researched the elements that are involved with the issue, it has identified a number of weaknesses in the logistics area, which has become immersed in market positioning, for which a logistics system which will provide raises a improvement in the distribution, storage and transport making the customer order arrives on time and time agreed, providing the satisfaction of it and whether to obtain greater competitiveness.Item El Merchandising y su impacto en el incremento de las Ventas en la empresa RM (Revolución de la Moda) de la ciudad de Ambato.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. It is for this reason that the present investigation project has been focused in carrying out an analysis on the presentation of the products that this establishment presents, with the purpose of being able to strategies or models that allow to increase the sales in the company to settle down. The heady results presently project, they indicate that it is important to correct presentation aspects and of administration inside the local, the how to present the merchandise and the administration that this it applies, and jointly with the type of attention, since they are factors that the clients have considered that they can improve. Víctor Hugo e Isaías Toro Ruiz; nace como una empresa dedicada a ofrecer la mejor calidad, estilo, diseño y variedad en productos de prendas de vestir, mostrando de esta manera una mejor opción de compra en el mercado para aquellas personas que buscan expresar sus ideas y pensamientos a través de la moda. El presente trabajo tiene como parte fundamental el conocer de manera directa que es lo que prefiere el consumidor al elegir una prenda de vestir, ya que en la actualidad el establecer una marca es de gran importancia para que una empresa pueda trascender en la línea del tiempo. Es así que la presente investigación permitió determinar que el posicionamiento de la marca influye directamente en las preferencias que tiene el consumidor en la ropa de mujer. En referencia a la propuesta la estrategia de Merchandising se puede indicar que se ha buscado los puntos fuertes de la infraestructura de la boutique, potencia de manera adecuada la marca AÉROPOSTALE dejándola en la zonas calientes donde pueda estar visible para el consumidor.
